ChampionsGate is a premier gated community which features a world-class 18-hole golf course and resort amenities including pickleball and tennis courts, pools, water splash park, lazy river, game room, movie theatre, gym, tiki bar and full-service restaurant, cabanas, volleyball, and more! Our beautiful 4-bedroom townhome also has a small private pool and lanai for relaxing after your busy days.

Our 4 bedroom 3 bath home includes:

* 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath located on the first floor
* Master bedroom with king size bed and full bath on second floor
* Bedroom with 2 twin beds on second floor
* Bedroom with queen bed on second floor
* Additional full bath on second floor
* Smart flat screen TVs in each bedroom with cable and access to streaming apps

Everything was so amazing I truly couldn’t point out a flaw. The hosts communicate so well and are very accommodating and the house is stocked with everything you could need especially the kitchen !!! Everything was very clean , so many extra blankets towels etc. truly felt like a home away from home and I can’t wait to visit again. If you’re thinking about staying here don’t hesitate just book

Our place was terrific!! They just need to work with the workers that control the gate to get into the property!! They are really not good at their job! One worker just sat on his phone . Didn’t help us at all.

We loved the place and working work Melony was so easy and efficient!! The place was as advertised!! Great location...close to the pool and the clubhouse! Highly recommend renting properties managed by this group!!

Loved our stay! Had everything we needed. House was nice and clean! So much room for us! The communication was awesome from the hosts. If you have small ones, get to the Oasis Club early to find shade. You can't take anything but plastic water bottles to the Oasis Club or Retreat Club. The house had souvenir cups to help lower the cost of your next drink at the Oasis Club. There are water stations to fill your water bottle or cup for free.

This listing is 100% accurate to what we got with our stay. Not very many VRBO properties supply the house with EVERYTHING you need, but this one did! Not only was everything in the house, but there were tons of amenities to enjoy within the community! We had 2 families of 4 stay in this home and there was more than enough space. We would 110% recommend this property and the renters!

The pool is a little small and that is the only negative I have! The home is beautiful and well decorated. All the conveniences. Plush towels. Extra pillows and blankets. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in all 3 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Hair dryers and washcloths. Fully equipped kitchen like I’ve never seen. (Could use a few more pots) considerate extras, like laundry detergent pods and tea bags! This was really a home away from home! I hope it’s available for my next vacation cause I really don’t want to go anywhere else!

This was a great place to stay, description is right on! It was the attention to details, thr small things extra trash bags and dishwashing pods the kitchen was well stocked with all the items that were needed to prepare a meal. Another nice touch were the pool towels in a basket by the slider. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. Grill came with the property which was a nice touch.Great vacation I would definitely come back to this Townhome again Thank you so much

Excellent location in ChampionsGate, close to the main pool and Oasis Club. The pool was the perfect temp for just a little extra , completely worth it. Communication was fantastic. Any baseball families coming to town for tournaments, this was a perfect spot!!

Everything was wonderful. She was a wonderful host and responded to all my questions immediately. ( impressive) one thing I forgot to mention to her is the upstairs MB drain in the tub is a little slow draining. No big deal. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
