Punta Banda house

1.)Renting/set up was easy. 2.)Minor problem (me) in finding the house. 3.)The house itself was wonderful 4.) The house needed some basic upgrades/maintenance. 5.)Hot water took forever to get hot after turning it on (5-20'). 6.)Beautifully decorated house! 7.)House had a great guide to making things work. 8.)Ice maker never worked. 9.)It rained during our visit. Master bathroom roof leaked as did the master bedroom Overall, a great place to go and relax with a wonderful atmosphere on the ocean. I would recommend this to others!!!

Great experience over all

The property location is ideal for a quiet getaway. The property is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it was also well equipped, and right on the beach. I would most definitely return.
