Philip was such a great host. Making contact with him was great and helpful. Checking in was so simple, a little kid could figure it out. The location was so accessible to Fredericksburg and all the surrounding hill country. I will most definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and stocked well. It was very comfortable and close to all the action. The host Phillip was super nice and responded quickly to all communication. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The place was clean, fully stocked, easy to find and the free bottle of wine was a nice touch. Location was perfect as we only had to drive a short distance in either way to winery's, shops, grocery stores, etc. The affordability is spot on!! You can't go wrong, so if your scrolling....STOP and BOOK IT!!! Thank you Phillip for sharing your home with us. We will be back.

Great location just a few minutes from Main Street. They are townhomes, so you can sometimes hear the people next to you. But this is a nice, clean, comfortable rental.

Our townhouse was excellent! Our check in was flawless and the host was extremely nice and friendly and accommodating. Everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The bedding and linens were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The location is very close to downtown and very accessible. On our next visit we will definitely book Hill Country haven.

We loved our stay!! The best of several places we stayed on a tour of the Hill Country. So nice inside, big bedrooms, big bathroom, great kitchen, Huge TV with streaming, even great laundry if you want to clean everything before you head home! They had coffee pods when we checked, AND a free bottle of wine upon arrival (if you stay 2 nights!)!! Can’t say enough good things. Thanks for the great stay!!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property. The home was comfortable, clean, and a great place to stay, and our overall experience with the host was positive. We appreciated the communication and everything the property had to offer.The only area I would suggest improving is providing a full-size ironing board and iron. We had a nice dinner planned and needed to press some clothes, so not having an iron was a bit of an inconvenience. I reached out to the owner, who explained that there had previously been an iron but it was likely taken, and suggested using the steam cycle on the dryer. Unfortunately, that didn't really solve the issue for what we needed.As a short-term rental owner myself, I understand that things occasionally go missing, and I know how important it is to keep the property equipped for guests. An iron and ironing board are relatively inexpensive items that can make a big difference when guests have plans that require dressing up.That said, this was a relatively minor issue and did not take away from an otherwise very enjoyable stay. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would definitely consider staying here again and appreciate the host sharing their home with us.

My family and I are excited to have a place in Fredericksburg. Obviously the shopping, restaurants, wineries and breweries makes Fredericksburg a great place, but the people and the hospitality is the main reason why we love this place. We would like to share this experience with as many people as we can so come stay at Hill Country Haven and relax and enjoy wine country.
