The accommodation has 5 comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The modular beds offer great flexibility, with customized configurations: 10 single beds or 5 double beds, depending on your needs.

The 3 bathrooms, including 2 with shower, 1 with bathtub and 2 separate toilets, ensure the comfort of all guests.



The independent kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, allows for preparing delicious meals.



Outside, you can enjoy the private garden, garden furniture, and terrace. The 12 x 5 meter heated pool is a real asset to cool off and relax, heated pool from April to October 15th



The accommodation also has WiFi access, a television, a safe, and central heating for your comfort. A private parking with 3 spaces is also available.



This place is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in a green setting, close to amenities and beaches.



Our accommodation is also available for rent to shipyard professionals, offering a comfortable and adaptable setting, ideal for team stays or traveling collaborators.



A deposit of 1800 € is requested by check upon entering the premises.

Bed linen is provided based on the number of people indicated during the reservation.
