Looking for serenity, beauty, mountain views and spacious accommodations –look no further. Casita de Paz ( House of Peace) will be your getaway of choice. It’s situated on an acre of land with mountain views throughout the property.

The Space:
Our immaculate home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals, a dining room, stocked laundry room, work space, and little touches to ensure your stay is memorable.

We are conveniently located 5 miles away from Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs, minutes from mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing and a fantastic location for hunters. Want to venture further out—no worries, we are centrally located, take a day trip to Santa Fe, Jemez Springs, Enchanted Circle, Taos & many campgrounds.

If you get hungry and don’t want to cook check out Mesa Vista Café. The family owned restaurant serves up delicious and authentic New Mexican cuisine and you will receive a 10% discount, just let them know you are staying with us.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and returned to their respective places. 2. Gather and dispose of any trash in the designated bins. 3. Place all dirty towels and linens in laundry room.
4. Turn off all lights(interior and exterior), including ceiling fans. 5. Set the thermostat to off to conserve energy. 6. Lastly, double-check and ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. NO SMOKING!!! Absolutely no smoking cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana.
2. No underage drinking allowed or any drugs on premise.
3. People other than those in the Guest party confirmed may not stay overnight in the property.

We had a great time staying at Casita de Paz with my family of 5 and exploring all over New Mexico. The views were absolutely stunning, and we were even met with a huge rainbow as we were leaving.The home had all the necessities we needed for a long stay, a great kitchen, comfy rooms, and a nice laundry room to keep from having to come home with dirty laundry. It was very clean and well setup for us when we arrived. The only thing I recommend to other guests is to be very careful driving down the roads to get there. The deer and cow crossing signs are no joke and its a pretty curvy road.

This home was beautiful (the home itself and the land). It had a beautiful pasture with cows in the backyard, with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time at Francis home. It is very close to Ojo Calient! We spent Christmas there and she had it set up and decorated for us so it's very nice! Quiet and pleasant. Just what we needed! Thank you!

Darling, comfortable house. The area is a little remote, but close to Ojo Caliente. Good beds, well equipped kitchen. We would have liked an outdoor area to sit. Would definitely recommend!
