Unlike many oversized 30A homes filled with bunk beds, this retreat is intentionally designed for guests who enjoy the finer things in life — plush bedding, designer furnishings, a thoughtful layout, and space to relax without feeling cramped.
The home is stocked with everything you might need: a lobster pot in the chef’s kitchen, a FlexBrew coffee maker, a pack ’n play (bring your own bedding), a highchair, and fully stocked beach and pool gear for effortless days in the sun.
WELCOME TO BLISSFUL STAY 30A
Mornings begin on the porch swing with birdsong. Afternoons flow into beach days, pool trips, and bike rides along 30A. Evenings end with the peaceful frog chorus of spring and summer and a soak in the private hot tub beneath the stars.
FIRST FLOOR
• Queen en-suite bedroom (bathroom also accessible from the hall)
• King bedroom with full bath just outside the door
• Open living/dining/kitchen with designer décor and chef’s kitchen
• Laundry room
• Back porch with sectional seating, grill, dining for four, and private hot tub
SECOND FLOOR
• Two king en-suite bedrooms
• Primary spa bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower & dual sinks
• Private balcony with egg-chair swings off one king suite
• All bedrooms include crisp linens, 55" TVs, ceiling fans, and stylish furnishings
