The house **Ker Martin** welcomes you on the ground floor with a spacious living room with open kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, two other bedrooms offer all the necessary comfort. All this is completed by a magnificent garden and private parking. Located in Minihy-Tréguier, it is an ideal nerve center for discovering Paimpol, Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and the famous Plougrescant chasm, while being in the immediate vicinity of shops.
Access to the property is easy at the end of the dead end of the subdivision, last house on your right, the gate remains open. You can park within the property or outside with plenty of space in the subdivision.
The Autrimo concierge will welcome you at home and help you in case of problems. They will also be present when you leave the house.
