Wohnen in der Stadt

Wohnen hinterm ehemaligen Schaufenster. Nein! Die Wohnung ist vermutlich als Ladenlokal konzipiert worden. Es gibt jedoch ordentliche Sichtblenden. Eine kleine Küche ist im Raum integriert. Kühlschrank, kleine Spüle, Herdplatte usw., alles vorhanden. Das Bad mit Dusche ist vollständig eingerichtet und in einem separaten Raum untergebracht. Wir haben uns in der Abendsonne vor die FeWo aufs Fensterbrett gesetzt und die Abendstimmung genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, zentral und trotzdem vom Trubel der Innenstadt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ideal für zwei Personen geeignet. Vermutstropfen: Parkplätze. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze, aber es sind Anwohnerparkplätze. Also Parkgebühren und etwas Fußmarsch vom Parkaus (dort findet man immer Plätze) in die Wohnung berücksichtigen. Unsere Empfehlung hat die kleine Wohnung auf jeden Fall.

Prima Appartement für das Kennenlernen von Weimar

Sehr geschmackvoll, hübsch eingerichtet. Praktisch und klug organisiert und alles da, was man braucht um sich auch mal was zu kochen. Einziger Nachteil: man kann eigentlich nicht lüften. Vermutlich war das früher ein Laden und deshalb gibt es nur die eine, riesige Fensterfront, die man nicht öffnen kann. Und die Eingangstür, die natürlich nicht offen bleiben kann. Aber dafür stimmt der Preis ja auch total! Was sehr schön!

Superschönes Appartment direkt im Zentrum

Das Appartment ist klein, aber sehr fein eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, um ein paar schöne Tage in Weimar zu verbringen. Dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann, störte uns überhaupt nicht, man kann ja die Eingangstür aufmachen, wenn man frische Luft braucht. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem und das Badezimmer sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz besonders überzeugend ist die absolut zentrale Lage, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und der Park an der Ilm liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war völlig unkompliziert, ebenso die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Lage ist wirklich super so das man auch zwischendurch mal hin gehen kann. Die Küche hat alles was man zum Kochen braucht, sogar Tee wurde uns zur verfügung gestellt was uns sehr gefreut hat. Auch das Bad war sehr sauber. Zum lüften gab es nur die Tür aber es ist kein Problem. Immer wieder gerne.

Raumempfinden

Das kleine Appartement ist schön und funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral zur Altstadt gelegen und der wunderschöne Park an der Ilm (gerade für mich als Joggerin) ist in knapp fünf Minuten erreicht. Leider ist das Erdgeschoss-Appartement wie ein Ladengeschäft aufgebaut, so dass es keine Möglichkeiten gibt, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Für Frischluftschläfer, wie ich, eine notwendige Angabe im Inserat. Auch ein Lüften nach dem Kochen (gerade da die Küche hinten im Raum angelegt ist) oder generell für das Raumempfinden ist ausschließlich durch die weit geöffnete Eingangstür möglich, was die Privatsphäre und ggf. ein Sicherheitsgefühl stark einschränkt.

Gemütliche Wohnung in idealer Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Sie liegt in der Altstadt und dennoch auch ganz nah am Bauhaus-Museum und dem Einkaufszentrum Atrium. Die Besitzer sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Kurz: Es war alles rundum perfekt.
