Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas or charcoal allowed at the condo (this is grounds for eviction).
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Ladies Trip

This Condo lived up to its pictures - clean, nicely furnished and great view (and sound) of the Ocean from the Balcony. It’s on the 2nd floor so the dunes don’t obstruct the Ocean view. Lots of great places to eat close by, and in Orange Beach. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

The location was excellent. Maintenance was awesome, we had a lot of contact. The condo was falling apart: the patio furniture was broken (only 2 people could seat outthere). The patio door only opened some times. No hangers! The only lamp in the guest bedroom would go on and off by itself. The stove burners had no identifiable signs on the burner to see which one was on and guess the temperature!

Girls Trip

I absolutely love Needle Rush in Perdido. It is the best condo in my opinion. Small and quaint! This condo was perfectly located and loved being on the second floor. The only negatives we had was lack of towels (only 5 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 4 washcloths) and the lack of wine glasses. Girls love towels and wine so there def. needs to be more. Very comfortable place to stay and would rent again! Thank you for a lovely time.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful week here for fall break! We stayed with our 4 kids and everyone had a great time. Everything was clean. We loved the porch and the view! Easy access to the pool and the beach and neither were crowded.

perdido key

we've been coming to needle rush point for years. unit was in great shape with all of the windows and doors easily opened. this particular unit was close to the pool as we knew but the pump was very loud, much louder than the one at the bay side pool. manager said it had recently been replaced. guess the new one is just noisy, it distracted from the sound of the ocean especially at night and early morning the unit was as nicely decorated as any we've ever seen though, so great stay barring the pool pump noise

Nice big porch and spacious beach area

We had a blast here! Loved the larger-than-expected living room and porch. The condo was nicely decorated, and the indoor and outdoor furniture were very comfortable. The landscaping outside was beautiful. We loved how easy it was to park and walk straight up to the room. Would highly recommend this place!
