Apartment as advertised. Very easy check-in and check-out. Good internet. Very central location with easy walking distance all around. Downside is busy road, and when we were there the event location opposite hosted a big party late into the night.

This very clean apartment met all our needs during our stay in Zurich. With its large windows and comfortable furnishings, closeness to the lake, tram line, and cafes/co-op, it was perfect for our family of 4.

Great central location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The apartment was quiet and clean, spacious and bright. We could walk to the Lake and to the old town. There is a Coop market for groceries across from the apartment. Very convenient location for a longer stay in Zurich.

Great Flat in Zurich

The rental was located in a great location next to the 2/4 Trams, local food stores and restaurants, and walking distance to the waterfront and downtown Zurich. Property was neat and tidy, and kitchen well stocked.

Great apartment and location!

We enjoyed our stay in Zurich. The apartment was very well suited for the 5 of us. We were able to walk everywhere and loved the location. The Mexican restaurant across the street was fabulous and the owner was precious. Easy walk to the lake and surrounded by great restaurants. Thanks so much!

Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed apartment in a nice area and close to amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and the instructions for check-in and general use of the apartment were accurate and helpful. We enjoyed that the neighborhood was quiet but within easy walking distance to attractions and amenities. We particularly loved the close access to the lake for lovely walks. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Functional property, exceptionally sparse. No soft furnishings or any touches to make the apartment feel welcoming. However, location is excellent for exploring the area. Tramlines within 100m, coop store within 70m.

Prime location for everything Zürich

Great location, spacious apartment with all the amenities. Beds were spacious and traditional Swiss style with a duvet for each person. Most important is location, right next to a tram stop for the 2/4 line which is super convenient. Coop (grocery) right on the corner and plenty of restaurants on Seestrasse right outside. Couple blocks to the lake. No real view to speak of but it isn’t necessary being so close to everything. Hosts were responsive and check in/out process is super efficient and simple.

Wonderful Lake location

We were incredibly happy with the location of this apartment. It is a block from Lake Zürich and a very short distance from grocery’s and public transport. The apartment itself was lacking in some basic kitchen items and the windows were not able to latch open, so had to be creative with shimmying them, and it was quite rainy some days and the kitchen window leaked all over the floor. As well as there are limited electrical outlets, and for a family of four, all with devices to plug in, we had to be creative. We found the beds to be quite hard and the bedding to be “scratchy” but this is personal preference, and the location of the unit definitely out weighs these few cons. We would for sure stay there again for the convenience of location.

Clean, efficient, great location

We stayed three nights in this apartment, and found it to be very pleasant and clean, though a bit spartan in terms of the furniture and appointments. For example, a couple of additional chairs and or side tables would have been appreciated. Overall, though, it was a very positive experience, in this lovely, light filled apartment in basically the perfect location We did have a small maintenance issue when we arrived, which was addressed, and the property manager was very responsive and even gave a small refund. There is presently construction going on in the alley next-door (obviously not their fault!), so if you plan to stay soon, you may ask if that is still going on. Loud construction began at approximately 8:30. Would highly recommend this apartment for a very comfortable stay.

Die Lage ist genial! See, Oper und Innenstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Küche ist super ausgestattet, sogar mit Fritteuse, Backpapier, Alu-Folie… Leider ist nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Schrank ausgestattet (das andere mit Kommode) Schlüssel zur Badezimmertüre war nicht vorhanden. Ungutes Gefühl beim Check-out, da die Türe beim nur wirklich geschlossen ist, wenn man Zusperrt (hat auch außen eine Klinke) und man den Schlüssel in der Wohnung lassen soll.
