gym/rec. room, ski gear locker room, large wood-burning fireplace, movie theater lounge, and 690 sqft Mother-in-Law apartment with separate entrance over the 2 car garage. The grand master suit boasts vaulted ceilings, walk out deck, luxurious master bathroom and walk in closet. The home has a fantastic location with easy access, yet tons of privacy, and convenient proximity to Alaska's premier Four-Season Resort. *events or parties are not permitted at this property.

Our heli ski clients had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything our guests needed and felt welcoming from the moment they arrived. The location was perfect, making it easy to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily rebook this property for our next set of heli ski guests and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Beautiful home! Excellent amenities, and very comfortable. The open shared space in the dinning and kitchen area was great for our large group. The views are spectacular as well. We all would highly recommend this property to others.

AMAZING!! Everything about this property was wonderful. The amenities in the home were perfect & the kitchen had everything you could possible need. Wonderful location to explore Girdwood and the Kenai. The setting was beautiful. The views from the deck were unbelievable and very peaceful. There was plenty of room for our family of six, with an additional apartment above the garage. Sarah was great to communicate with and made check in easy. There is so much to do in the immediate surrounding area and within a close driving distance.

Perfect Alaskan Vacay
