La proximité de tous les commerces et commodités est un réel atout. L’esprit village du quartier articulé autour de la place des boulistes…. Typiquement provençal !

La situation géographique de la maison dans la ville la rend unique. Villa construite en 1911, de style belle époque, elle est en plein centre du quartier de Capitou mais donne dans une ruelle pavée calme.
