Custom log cabin on 4.5 acre on mountain peak with complete privacy. Relax in the great room, the patio, on the deck or in the hot tub and enjoy the spectacular views. Fully furnished luxury cabin equipped with a gym and a games room so you have plenty of entertainment during your stay. Stunning views from every room. Close to fishing and hiking. 1 hour to ski slopes. Perfect in the summer or the winter snow. Winters up here are 10 degrees cooler than in town. 4 wheel drives or all wheel drives during this period is a must. Chains are highly suggested! Some parts of the road are steep and narrow. We chain up in the winter months to feel more comfortable.

Beautiful house, comfortable living room, Check in was easy, owner very responsive. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet, while having all the comforts of home. The kids enjoyed watching the wild turkeys walking by every evening.

Great place with awesome views!

The house was perfect, clean and had great views! Spent so much time in the hot tub and wild turkeys coming up to visit. Getting to the house was a little difficult with the snow but we were prepared because the owner was very clear about the mountain and snow!

Lovely get away

This was a lovely home. It was perfect for our work retreat. Although, the atmosphere did not end up lending to much work being completed....we were outside a lot, enjoying the views and yard. Nice and helpful neighbors were a plus! The home is comfortable and allowed for a perfect amount of sitting together in one room (there were 6 of us). I am not a mountain driver, so the drive up the hill was scary, but doable. I would not recommend this cabin during heavy snow, unless you have chains as the description suggests. The only complaint we had was a dirty refrigerator, but the owners were informed, apologetic and helpful. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Love the mountains!

The property was gorgeous! The cabin was located in a beautiful spot and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Every day we had deer and wild turkeys come by. The house was beautiful. I always appreciate knowing the actual layout, so here is a brief synopsis- ground floor~fairly open concept with nice living room, dining area that seats 6 comfortably(7 in a pinch) and kitchen. Bedroom with king size bed that connects to a bathroom with not really a shower but a beautiful tub. The bathroom also has a door to the hallway for everyone to use. And the laundry is on this floor. Basement has a ping pong table, darts and an amusing tiki bar (amusing because it’s in a basement in the Id mtns). Second floor has the gym, and 3 bedrooms. One with twin bunk beds and some smaller children’s toys and items. And one that attaches to the bathroom on that floor (it has a huge shower) and has its own deck. The drive in from hwy 21 wasn’t long but it was all dirt and very windy and sort of narrow in spots, but it wasn’t scary. I wouldn’t enjoy it much in the winter, so I think if I was going in a snowy/icy time I would plan to bring all my groceries with me and spend the majority of the time at the cabin to avoid the road. We left fairly often to spend time in Idaho city and even ventured all the way to the cherry festival in Emmett. Kitchen has everything.Wi-Fi worked great. Cell service of course wasn’t good. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t really need to contact the owners much
