We had a great stay! The pool area is beautiful, the lawn is well manicured, and there was plenty of room for our group of 5. Ted was very responsive to any questions we had. The location is wonderful, and it’s a beautiful neighborhood to bike around. We will certainly try to stay here next time we come to Naples.

House was very clean. Pool and garden was beautiful. House had everything we required. Beds were very comfortable. The bikes were great, allowed us to get the beach within a few minutes. Host communication and information was excellent. Would definitely stay again if we visit the area in the future.

We loved this property. We enjoyed so much our stay to be honest. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds comfortable ( all of them). The best part: the pool with the garden, so amazing and relaxing. My daughter loved to be outside. The communication was great with Ted. I highly recommend this house 100% and of course I’ll like to comeback again.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! We loved that bikes were provided which we used for the short ride to the beach every morning. The backyard is exceptional: great pool and hot tub with comfortable seating. Location is close to everything: beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This was a perfect home for our long weekend away. The house is lovely and we especially enjoyed the private backyard area. The hosts were very responsive to questions before our trip and checked in during the trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. Beautiful house, great location!

This property was such a treat for 5 nights. Very clean with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for a Naples vacation. Well stocked kitchen, bikes, beach towels, and all the extras for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. The pool and spa were beautiful, surrounded by lots of trees and foliage, and very pretty automatic lights at night! Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Ted’s home was a 10/10 experience. Ted is an amazing host- he responded quickly and kindly to every message. The home is perfectly located near the beach and shopping, making our daily outings so easy. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved the comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. The pool and spa area is an absolute dream- a true peaceful oasis! All I can say is best vacation ever! This home was squeeky clean and had everything required for a relaxing vacation. Pool and hot tub were well used and the highlight of the trip. We used the bikes everyday to get around locally and explore. This house comes stocked with all you need for a day at the beach or staying in for the pool. Great amount of privacy and very quiet neighborhood just a short distance from the beaches. Excellent communication with the host who was very responsive and making himself available for anything needed. Would highly recommend this home.

We stayed at this property while moving my daughter into her dorm at FGCU. Ted was amazing with communication the entire stay. We even had her dorm room chair shipped to the house and it was sitting in the front room when we arrived. The house is fully stocked with clean towels, toiletries, and everything you could ever need. My youngest daughter was so sad on her last day and she made me promise we would stay here again next summer. I think the most memorable part for us was all the bike rides to the beach together. Thank you, Ted and Maya for an amazing stay!
