Middlesex Beach vacation rentals

We’ve stayed at quite a few Sea Colony units, and this was by far the best! Kitchen was well stocked for our theme night cooking, decor is “Homey”, and the hosts were very attentive.

Beautiful house with plenty of rooms. The elevator is great for handicapped. Awesome kitchen with all the appliances. Large bedrooms with own bathrooms. Super close to the private beach. Danielle was great to work with. The only thing missing was enough ice to fill cooler everyday. Dollar General was near by to buy it everyday. Will book this house again for next family vacation.

We loved the house. Location was perfect. Right on the beach and directly next to beach access. Owner was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our third summer staying a week in this home in Middlesex Beach. Sean is a very accommodating host and the house is always clean. Proximity to the beach is great- it is about 200yds away from the house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is great for walks, family bike rides, etc. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Pine Haven & it was great, again! We really love the location of this house & how homey it feels. The access to a private beach is a must in the COVID world.

The home was well-appointed, spacious, and had everything we needed. We all commented on how nice it was to stay slightly away from the beach in a wooded lot with good spacing from neighbors. All that and we were still only a 5 minute walk from the beach! We had never been to Middlesex Beach, but found out that it is genuinely better to have access to a beach with no access to those staying outside of the community. I highly recommend this property! You won't be disappointed!

We found the unique layout of this property provided our family an excellent variety of space for family members to interact or have some alone time. The sleeping accommodations are excellent, but also take a bit of adaptation to find the best fit for the family. For example, we had the family with two small children in the large master bedroom for privacy for daytime sleeping. A second couple with a slightly older child utilized the open balcony bedroom, as it allowed their son to avoid the steep steps into the loft, and to enter their space from the upper balcony to use their bathroom. Downstairs under the loft (East side of the house) the two bedrooms were fairly isolated from noise in the main dining/activity area. We loved the spacious outdoor shower, and the well-equipped kitchen. And throughout our stay, I had timely and helpful support from the owner. Having two parking passes and a beach pass to private Middlesex Beach worked out great for us!
