The property is well maintained and comfortable. The property manager is very responsive and kind. Our visit to Houston was not what we had planned but the accommodations were perfect.

The pictures online were beautiful and the are accurate, HOWEVER, it is in a very unsafe neighborhood. We had to call the police the third night there. The property manager would not cooperate

We couldn’t stay the host was unorganized and rude. Check-in was 4pm or later, we advised her we would arrive between 5:45 and 6. Before arrival communication was superb after getting to the property at the time advised it stopped. We sent text messages and called multiple times from different numbers about entering the gate and got nothing. After about 30 minutes we decided to contact VRBO, to get hive they called and she responded. The excuse given was she thought it was a scam call and we must’ve been contacting her husband, not sure how this was different, because we had been in communication previously. When we finally were able to enter gate and the property the alarm.went off, this was supposedly deactivated an hour prior to our arrival at 4:45. When asked what could be done about the inconvenience and lack of organization, the answer was we could cancel and get a full refund. I’m glad we did because the house we booked was all around better and on a better side of town.
