Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. Expensive but we had a great experience.

Excellent Location

Location is wonderful, but all else needs some TLC and upgrades. No curtains on windows, no kitchen sink and poorly apportioned, furnishings as so-so, listing description (except location) did not match. Cost was high for what was supplied. Please do not blame it on hurricane Ian. Glen

Disappointed and left a day early

We booked the Honeymoon unit for 5 nights, as this was supposed to be our Honeymoon vacation. We wound up leaving a day early due to the unacceptable conditions of the unit. The bathroom door doesn’t lock, so secured privacy while using the bathroom is not possible. The outlet behind the bed doesn’t work and several things were plugged into the electrical strip that was plugged into this non-working outlet. We had to pull the bed out away from the wall in order to unplug the electrical strip from the defective outlet and plug it in somewhere else in order to be able to have access to electricity. The screen door handle doesn't operate properly and made entry into the unit frustrating every single time. The washing machine doesn't spin the clothes dry well at all. Then that makes you have to run the dryer for two 60 minute cycles in order to dry a small load of clothes. This is not time efficient for vacationers, especially when all of the rooms are booked and everyone is waiting on everyone else in order to have clean clothes or towels. There is no kitchen sink to be able to wash dishes. You have to use the bathroom sink. This was not disclosed in the advertisement for the vacation rental on Vrbo. I would not have booked this unit if this had been disclosed. The TV remote control doesn’t work even when we changed the batteries. You also have to unplug the tv in order to get it to turn off. There was not enough toilet paper or bath towels for a five day stay. Out of space here

Beautiful location

Great property at a beautiful location. Our unit have very few amenities, but we ate out most meals. It was like an efficiency apartment. I only missed having a kitchen when I smelled bacon cooking at the unit next door. It's right on the beach and within walking to all the restaurants. We loved watching the sunset each evening and sitting on our balcony during sun breaks.
