THE HOUSE:

The Bella Casa Villa is an updated and locally managed 2224 square foot four-bedroom / four-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa that sleeps up to 10. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open-concept living area with comfortable décor. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 70" smart TV or marvel through the glass wall at the backyard oasis with private pool and a spill-over spa. There is also free high-speed internet and cable tv throughout the home.

Near the living room is the formal dining room area with a new table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you will enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a delivered meal from your favorite restaurant.

Beyond the great room's sliding glass wall is a screened lanai with a large (optionally heated) WEST-facing swimming pool and spa.. The home is a single story, so plenty of sun gets in for the sunbathers. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a new six-person dining area outdoors, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want. The outdoor 55" TV also offers endless entertainment options day or night whether it's a sports game or a movie, you may never want to go home!

This home has everything you need to feel right at home. You will love the number of personal amenities, from blow dryers to the vacuum. Traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site high chair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller already provided.

The Bella Casa kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full-course meals for your family. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit and share a cup of coffee from the new Keurig coffee system. There is also a dinette in the kitchen where you can easily serve four. It is also a great place to gather guests for a card game after dinner too. Don't miss the mickey waffle maker and surprise the kids in the morning.

BEDROOMS:
The owner's suite includes a comfortable king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 50" Smart TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. There are even patio doors for a private entrance into the pool area. This room also has its own ensuite with walk-in shower. Sleeps 2

The second master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and large dresser with a 50" flat-screen Smart TV. This room also has its own en-suite bath. Sleeps 2

The third bedroom has a king bed, and ensuite bath, and a flat-screen TV. Sleeps 2

The fourth room offers two twin beds and has a bathroom just outside the door. Sleeps 2

The couch is also a sleeper sofa offering a place for two more.

All four bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms, which include a shower, a bathtub, or a combination of both.

This home's floor plan is excellent and offers peace and quiet no matter which room you choose.

RESORT and AREA:
THE WINDSOR HILLS RESORT: Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a 24-hour manned entrance. Some of the magnificent features of this community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, water slides, a spa, a separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as three children's playgrounds. There is an enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool with pool tables, a video game area, well-supplied sundry shop, a fitness room with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, and high-definition surround sound movie theater. There are other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the double Olympic-size swimming pool creating a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family! Windsor Hills has all the amenities of a five-star hotel or resort, but with the comfort, convenience, and privacy of a private home.

*SECURITY CAMERAS: Just like a hotel, there are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value the privacy of guests. NO cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
*RV AND BOAT PARKING is also available for guests in the Overflow Parking Lot (Available with written permission)
