DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM /2 BATH CONDO AT THE SURFCASTER
On the second floor
Spacious master bedroom with king bed and sitting area, gorgeous ocean views and balcony access. Balcony directly facing the ocean with a beautiful unobstructed view of ocean surf. A full bathroom off the master bedroom includes a relaxing garden soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle, direct access to the second bathroom, and a beautiful hand-painted mural.Renovated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living room area with sectional, dining table for 4 and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. IKeurig coffee machine.

Three flat-screen TVs, High speed WiFi. There is no basic cable . You will need to key in your own passwords for any streaming you want to do from your own subscriptions. Washer/Dryer , Central AC, ceiling fans in every room, elevator, punch code front door access, and tile throughout. One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). The building has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand. ( skate keys provided in kitchen)

Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.
One dog might be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.Please don't ask about multiple dogs.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out The 3 rd option on linens is rent linens and towels which includes making beds for a fee. I have partnered with a linen service in partnership with my cleaning company , who never disappoints. You would set this up directly with my partner . I would provide the contact info. If you want this option. This is becoming very popular ! I also provide a handy checklist for things to do before departure.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at a pet friendly condo and I was a little worried what previous pets might have left behind but it was so clean and we felt at home instantly! No complaints at all

We had a lovely 4 days. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was great having 2 bathrooms and even though we did not cook any meals the kitchen was very nice. We really enjoyed the refrigerator that made ice and had filtered water. The condo was clean and decorated very nicely.

The property has been very well stocked with elegant decor throughout, ample kitchen supplies, very spacious and comes with comfortable beds.You have an excellent view of the ocean and convenience of being steps away from beach.The property is well maintained and we would recommend staying at this property with or without having a pet.You can't go wrong renting this condo.Mark & Cindy R.

The condo is cozy and has excellent view of ocean. We had a nice and relaxing time with our furbaby, we loved walking the beach. We saw dolphins both mornings. We had a very nice stay.

Other than some small hairs noticed around the sink and shower drains and knobs, the place was very clean! We could not get the MB TV to work but we also did not reach out to the owner for any assistance, we just didn’t utilize that TV. The view was outstanding and the ease of getting to the beach was phenomenal. We would certainly come back to this place! We loved it!

Honestly, how do you describe perfection? Leslie had everything we needed, the condo was gorgeous. Im praying she lets us come back next Year!!! Honestly, the absolute best rental inO.C.! My sister and i have been in every luxury condo complex but this was our absolute favorite!! We came every year to the shore with our parents to every place from golden sands to the plaza but Leslie's condo is better than them. If you are wondering what will be the best vacation spot, just book this condo, seriously.

We loved our short stay at the condo! The absolute fav part was the proximity to the beach, nothing beats the ocean view from the living room, dining room and kitchen :-)

We loved our stay and felt right at home in this spacious and well decorated condo overlooking the ocean. The master bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed waking up to the sunrise each morning. The kitchen was well equipped to make a few meals and plenty of space to store the snacks and food we brought from home. The chairs and table set on the balcony were so comfortable that we sat out there very often. It was convenient having an elevator and covered parking, plus the extra space just down the street. We will definitely save this as one of our favorite condos and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Lesley for your quick response to our questions. It was a pleasure working with you.

The balcony view was spectacular. The master bedroom had the same fantastic view. Lesley was super helpful and very accessible. The whole condo was very well done. Had a wonderful stay. Will rent there in the future for sure.

This condo was perfect for the two of us and our pup.Waking up in the morning and seeing the sunrise from the bedroom while drinking my morning cup of coffee was heavenly… We were just a short walk to the beach. It was not crowded this time of year and that is just how I like it.The only thing I wish I had done differently was to rent the linen and towels…Otherwise…a perfect vacation stay!!!

Location, location, location - we have a great time at the beach and the condo was perfect. We would sit out on the balcony and just enjoy life. Would definitely stay again. Lesley was awesome to work with!

This s part of the beach in mid town is very wide with no high rises and not as populated as up north or by the boardwalk. It's perfect!

Surfcaste is a low rise with 4 floors that sits on a double decker parking garage . There's an elevator , 2 car parking One in the garage and one close by with no height restrictions ..
It's a family friendly building .
