From the moment you walk through the custom arched front door, reclaimed heart pine barn wood floors welcome you throughout this 5 bed 3.5 bath home. Stunning cathedral ceilings in the great room with a plethora of windows for the amazing water views you are looking for from almost every area of the home. Quartz counters, upgraded appliances & walk-in pantry are featured in the kitchen. The lakefront Easy-Breeze 3 season room makes a great place for entertaining and boasts custom stamped concrete floors. No detail is overlooked and storage is cleverly thought out and is plentiful. The outside features an oversized flat lot with 120' of amazing lake frontage with a custom concrete & paver patio with sunset views that will take your breath away! Beautiful street and water side profiles topped by custom cupola as finishing touch.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay here. Great place to stay with a group. Great to have beach towels provided for everyone for our stay. The access to the water and dock was great of our family group of 11.

Great family reunion spot

We had a great stay at this beautiful lake house. Everything at the house was well-maintained. And there was plenty of room for our four families and places for people to go if they wanted some quiet time. All and all, a very memorable family vacation!

Weekend family wedding getaway.

Arrived Wednesday late afternoon, made dinner and baked cookies. Started a puzzle as the weather was cool and rainy. Weather improved throughout our stay and we rented a boat from Coldwater Marina Thursday-Sunday. Cruised the chain of lakes several times, went swimming and fishing. My niece got married on Saturday. I was a FANTASTIC stay and everyone really enjoyed themselves. This is my 3rd time at this property.

Greatest Sunsets Ever

This is our second time renting this home. I love absolutely everything about it. Evening bon fires and unbelievable sunsets! The home has almost everything you need and enough space that my family can have personal space when needed. We will continue to come back again and again!

A peaceful and beautiful respite
.

The circumstances of our return to Michigan, were to complete a Memorial for a family member, lost far too soon. Although the nature of the visit was somber, Jason and the hospitality he provided us was exactly as we had hoped.; not only meeting, but also actually exceeding our expectations. The home was nicely appointed, immaculately cleaned, and the view of the lake with beautiful sunsets surrounded us with much-needed peace. I we felt so at home and well taken care of that I immediately reserved the home in May for our little family. This journey brings us back for a second “Celebration of Life” that we know will be much more bearable, in our now “home away from home.” It is with heartfelt gratitude that we thank Jason, our Host, and his Team for the service, accommodations and care.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful week on coldwater lake. This home is an absolute treasure. The description doesn’t do the rental justice. The house was spotless and attention is paid to all of the details that made our stay so enjoyable. For example, there are two regular coffee makers plus a keurig in the well appointed pantry. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of space for the adults and teenagers in our group. We rented a pontoon from the marina down the street. Everyone that we met was super friendly
 a neighbor gave us vegetables from his garden and extra firewood for the fire pit. We had a lovely stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Family Around the Table

Best Vacation House Ever!!!

This house had everything! The house was spotless and beautifully laid out - whoever designed this - congrats on a perfect job! Plenty of towels, sheets were quality - plenty of beds - everything you needed in the kitchen - Coldwater Lake is gorgeous - we rented a Tritoon which worked out perfect for our family of 12 - everyone loved the house and we hope to rent again next year!! Jason was so good about answering my many questions patiently and promptly - great to work with!

The house was 1st class. Most household supplies were there. The property was clean very neat.

Fantastic place and location

This property is the nicest rental location we have ever stayed. The house was pristine and in excellent shape. They have plenty of storage along with games, toys and kitchen utensils. The best part, the beds were comfortable. They were not like our sleep number at home but we still woke up without aches and pains. Communication was excellent with the owner as well as the property manager. All in all, it is a beautiful property.
