L'Amandier - new 2 bedroom Apt, city centre of Aix, Rotonde

We are delighted to welcome you to our accommodation in the heart of the superb city of Aix-en-Provence. This new and elegant apartment will allow you to explore our beautiful city of Aix en Provence on foot!



It is located near the historic centre, just a 2-minute walk from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. 200 metres away, you will find the Allées Provençales, the Grand Théâtre de Provence. The bus station is a 5-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station.



The premises have been designed to make you as comfortable as possible. Whether you are here to explore the picturesque streets, discover the cultural richness of the region or simply to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.

It is located on the 1st floor of a luxury building (without lift).

All rooms are air-conditioned. It has:



- A modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine.

- One bedroom with a double bed ( 160x200cm)

- One bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm with a very comfortable mattress). It can be used as a desk when folded away.

- A travel cot with mattress is available with a sheet.



- A bathroom equipped with a shower and storage space with a washing machine and dryer.



- A lounge area with a non-convertible sofa, smart TV and free Wi-Fi

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.



Our accommodation is pet-friendly.

Construction work is currently underway in the building next door, on weekdays only, from 8am to 5pm.
The noise disturbance is minimal and occasional, and should not significantly affect your stay.

Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
