The house includes a large, updated, well-appointed kitchen, a main floor bedroom, living room, dining & family room, and upstairs bedrooms for your comfort. The property also features a sun room, an outdoor patio, as well as a hot tub in which to relax. Feel free to enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace and kick back with a glass of wine or beverage of your choice.

Located only 15 minutes from world class restaurants, sporting venues, and nightlife in downtown Indianapolis; it is a perfect getaway for families and friends.

We loved the house. It had everything you could need for your stay. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all kinds of fun places. We really enjoyed just relaxing at the house also. The backyard was amazing with the fire place and hot tub. Enough seating for all to enjoy the outdoors and gorgeous flowers. Our family had the best time!

Really Wonderful!

My family's four night stay in this lovely home exceeded our expectations. The home was so comfortable and beautiful. Also spotlessly clean. The neighborhood is beautiful, too. Our hosts were generous and kind. Anyone who wants an "at home" experience should definitely book this property.

Wonderful home

Seven adults spent a weekend here while in town celebrating our father's birthday. The house is beautifully furnished, the most well-stocked VRBO I've ever rented, and the host was quick to help us out when we had questions. The hot tub was a nice plus! Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy conversations and watch a game on the huge screen TV. Highly recommend this rental.

Large comfortable home with a stunning back patio!! We loved to hang out in the porch, family room, patio and kitchen. Great Family Reunion in Indy

We attended our Family Reunion in Indy. Our VRBO home and hosts Ron & Randy were absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities and supplies we could ever need. Ron and Randy live nearby and were very helpful when we had an issue with the garage door code. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Indianapolis area. We will be back.

Excellent hosts

Ron and Randy are wonderful hosts. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this location because their attention to detail is outstanding. They are easy to communicate with and they even emailed me when they realized I had made a mistake and booked the wrong week for the FFA Convention. They are fun to visit with, left us candy for the Trick or Treaters and know how to make you feel at home.
