Beautiful open concept house on Lake Greenwood. Enjoy our favorite outdoor activities like swimming or fishing. With dock access, you just need to bring your boat. There is a boat launch on the property. Take our paddle boards out, play Bocce ball, or practice your putting skills on our green. Relax outside; then grab a cup of coffee and cozy up to a fire. If indoors is what you need, then play some pool or shuffleboard . With WiFi and 2 TV's, you'll never run out of things to do. Lots of games for inside or outside. Basic toiletries are supplied. Free WiFi.

Spend you day on the lake or visit the museums and national parks located nearby. Rest and relax on the dock or by the firepit sipping on your favorite drink.

Fishing:
Guided crappie tours available for booking. They will pick you up at the dock and put you on tons of crappie and bring you back. All you need is a cooler. Contact Ronald Addy at (864) 980-3672.

Perfect Vacation

We had a great time and were never bored. So many fun games on the property, in addition to the lake. It was a perfect spot for my family.

Relaxing weekend getaway

My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed the rural lake vibe. The stone masonry is impressive and there's plenty of games and a few kayaks to keep everyone entertained.

Perfect Beginning to Summer Vacation

This was our 2nd stay at Binki's Bungalow and once again, it did not disappoint. The weather was perfect and the amenities kept us very busy! We can't wait for next year!

Great stay for a fishing trip

This was a very nice property. We came to fish, but enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard table as well. Very clean and modern. Pretty property.

This was a perfect getaway. There was never a dull moment with all of the entertainment options. The private swimming area was our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful long weekend!

Had a great time at this quiet, secluded property on Lake Greenwood. Was awesome to have the boat ramp on the property which was more that suitable for launching our 21' boat, along with the dock to tie-off. The cove on the south end of the lake was very peaceful, and the numerous recreational items around the property added to the enjoyment. Definitely on our list for a repeat visit!

Nice location

Nice property, odd set-up. There seems to have been an original home(vacant lot now) which is where the address sign is, the putting green and fire pit. The vrbo is a nice converted garage. There is just stuff everywhere, all over the property. To use some of the amenities listed, one would have to do some clean-up and possibly maintenance. Again, the actual stay location was lovely. It was great for our needs.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you had while at the Bungalow. The owner’s main house burnt down several months ago. Lots of cleanup has been done since then and still ongoing at the main house. We have had no complaints from previous guest. As we do appreciate the feedback, we are trying our best to make the Bungalow accommodating for guest. We hope that you will come again in the future.

Fantastic Stay--so much to do!

We had a great time! There are so many forms of entertainment and things to do and a private and great spot on the woods. We woke up to a family of deer in the yard. The dock was superb, games at our house, bocce ball, even a putting green! Fabulous set up!

Perfect getaway (perfect name)

It was so peaceful. Our boys loved being able to fish and swim and use the kayaks. Playing pool was a favorite of theirs too. It was so relaxing and the place was so clean. The host was so helpful and responsive. Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Amazing Lake Bungalow

This house had everything I was looking for and then some. My kids and I really enjoyed ourselves. I couldn’t keep the kids off the kayaks; my son loved taking them out every morning fishing. My daughter loved swinging on the dock and I loved the view sitting by the lake. Really hoping to visit again in the Summer.

Much more than expected!

We loved this place, the owner and everything they’ve done to the house and property! There isn’t a shortage of things to do! The games and activities they provided were much more than listed! The house and property are beautiful and the views! 😍 Best vacation we’ve had!! Great for all ages, couples or a single person!

Wonderful location and great property

The property was amazing and the view couldn't be beat. I only knocked it on a star for cleanliness due to there being a large wasp problem at the house and the dock. I know it's kind of the nature of the beast, but we had to purchase 4 cans of wasp spray in an attempt to use the dock and grill. There seems to be a very large nest that are living in or on the boat that I couldn't treat and I did get stung twice. The house could use a good dusting from top to bottom, and some items like the kayaks, charcoal grill, and fire pit could use some attention. All in all, the view and grounds made up for it and we would stay again for sure.

Wonderful getaway!

Our little family had the best time celebrating my husband's 40th birthday at this perfect little guest house! The children loved having the wide open spaces to run around, the bocce court, and the putting green. They went swimming in the lake even though it was the middle of October! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and even had ample dried spices on hand - rare to find in a rental. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. We enjoyed a birthday pound cake from Country Cafe up the road and bbq from Fat Daddy's. Bring what you need because there is not a lot nearby, but the Dollar General was one of the more clean and better organized ones I've seen for those forgotten items. We loved watching the deer while we had breakfast and also rented a pontoon from the marina up the road. The stars were absolutely amazing at night - so clear and bright. We would love to return!

Weekend Getaway

We actually don't live too far from the property & it's exactly what we were looking for. Lake, lake, lake. Me and my oldest two LOVED the kayaks that we had access too. Eric was so nice and we loved our stay. We all left a little sunburnt and bitter to have to return home.
