This renovated Modern Home caters you with 1728 sq ft. of an open concept floor plan, 3 large bedrooms and two full size bath rooms. This newly furnished modern Home provides you with 1 king size bed (sleeps 3); 1 full size bed (sleeps 2); and 2 twin XL beds (sleeps 1 each); 1 futon (sleeps 1); 2 couches downstairs to accompany any extra guests. It comfortably sleeps 8 people (with futon upstairs). The two full size bathrooms are equipped with a large shower downstairs and a tub-shower combo upstairs. The open lawn provides a beautiful view of Lake Tuscaloosa with a gentle slope to the water accented with a breathe taking sunset for your enjoyment. Perfect for games, throwing the football around, sun bathing, and fishing. When the sun retires in the evening, the outdoor setup has multiple lit patios, Pergola, a firepit, a grill (wood and charcoal provided) and plenty of seating with two swings for more R&R time. We are an easy 20 miles to The University with minimal Game-Day traffic. No smoking inside & No pets allowed (sadly).

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all trash cans in used bedrooms, bath rooms, & on porches. / exterior lawn. Place all trash in tied up trash bags (provided) before putting in outside garbage bin. 🙂
Please make sure all windows are down and locked. As well as both exterior doors. 🙂
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keys remain in dead bolt locks at ALL times.
ABSOLUTELY no smoking on the premises please.
Make sure the Grill and Fire Pit fire is fully extinguished before going inside. Do not drive on grass. Carefully back up and pull out onto drive.

Great little place on the bank of Lake Tuscaloosa! Wonderful communication with host! Internet, smart TV, grill and firepit. Would be nice to have kitchen towels and blinds or curtains upstairs. Overall great!

We were in town for a football game weekend. Very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Very well stocked for the kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The house is comfortable, inviting and spotless. Great hospitality, definitely welcoming. Beautiful, quiet, relaxing setting. Unfortunately for us, we didn't check the distance to/from Bryant Denny Stadium. But absolutely enjoyed staying at the Bama Gathering Place.

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed an extended weekend at this property. Everything was exactly as it is pictured, and the house was equipped with everything that my family needed. We loved the peacefulness of the property. My children and dogs enjoyed the huge yard space to run around. Everything was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. We loved it!

This house is newly remodeled and beautiful! The owner thought of every little detail and the decor is modern and comfortable with some adorable Bama touches mixed in. The property is gorgeous and very peaceful with outdoor seating to enjoy the view. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!!!
