Please keep the place as much as clean as possible to make it easier for us. Thank you much appreciate.
The garbage cans are located on the side of the house. please use plastic bags when you throw your trash in the trash cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No partiesNo events No yelling/screaming No loud music Your deposit money will not be refunded and you will be asked to leave immediately.
Quiet time 10 PM to 8 AM . Pool and Jacuzzi hours, 8 AM to 10 PM.

The house was in a great location, everything exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Arsen was a great host and clearly communicated what was expected. He came out same day to turn on the hot tub for us as well. I would definitely stay here again .

I wish I could give Arsen 10 stars

Arsen was an amazing host. His communication is superb and he is a lovely, friendly guy. The house is huge, comfortable and perfect for accessing all that Vegas has to offer - that's if you can tear yourself away from all that is on offer in the back yard! We stayed for 5 weeks and would have happily stayed longer. Can't recommend highly enough 😊
