The Centrale de l\'Ile de Ré offers you this magnificent villa, for 8 people. It is ideally located in the heart of the Martray district in Ars en Ré and close to the beach and restaurants.
The house is comfortable and has a large living room/lounge with an independent fully equipped open kitchen.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Vast bright living space with a lounge area and independent kitchen.
MASTER Bedroom: 1 double bed 140x200 with 1 private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 160x200.
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x180.
You will find in the house 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom as well as 2 toilets.
The house is non-smoking.
The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating at 28°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! The Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and flavours, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival we will give you in addition to our welcome kit a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Ile de Ré in the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental outside the summer season.

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
The tourist tax is not included.
