The Centrale of Île de Ré presents this superb charming house, which can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideally located in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, just a few steps from the Phare des Baleines, it offers an ideal location for both relaxing and practical holidays, thanks to its proximity to cycle paths.

The house is comfortable and consists of a separate, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Spacious and bright living area with lounge area and open kitchen.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160x200 with private shower room.

UPSTAIRS:
MASTER Bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200 with private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x200.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200.

The house includes an additional bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3, as well as a separate toilet.

The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.

Upon arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Île de Ré in the best conditions!

The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.
