Villa du Gillieux : Charming renovated house with swimming pool

The Centrale of Ile de Ré offers this newly renovated house with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people.

The house is modern and features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room overlooking the pool.

It is located in the centre of a quiet neighbourhood, 800m from the wild coast beach and approximately 1km from the Phare des Baleines lighthouse.

The house has its own private and secure parking for 1 vehicle and bicycles.

GROUND FLOOR HOUSE:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed 140x200

Bedroom 2 with two single beds of 80x200

A bathroom with shower and washbasin.

A separate toilet.

The house is non-smoking.

The pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October.

The heat pumps of our pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases pool water temperature.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Ile de Ré! Ile de Ré offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Almost everything can be done by bike and on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide with tips and advice to discover Ile de Ré in the best conditions!

Rental and delivery of bed linen and bathroom towels are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
