Cozy place for some RnR

I had an amazing stay. Perfect location close to everything ! House was so clean and cozy. The backyard was so cute and even had a hammock which I used to take a much needed nap. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

Stayed for the weekend in order to attend a music festival at Watson Lake. Was a perfect place to recover from the long days at the festival. Place was clean and as described. Close to Whiskey Row and activities downtown. Will stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This 2 bedroom home has everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. It was close to downtown and near several grocery stores. I felt very safe taking my morning walks. This property will be at the top of my list the next time I come to visit. grocery storesstores

Well appointed cozy cotrage😍

The photos were accurate although it took us a while to orient ourselves to this area, once we did, we found it very convenient to walk into downtown. I loved walking the pups along the creek path by the college and they enjoyed hunting lizzards in the backyard. Once the rain stopped we enjoyed lounging with some drinks in the backyard. Overall the place was great, beds comfy and the coffee and popcorn bar an added plus. We would definitely recommend this place.

Prescott has been a special part of my life for decades, and I enjoy sharing its forests, wildlife, mountain air, and small-town charm with visitors from all over. My goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, welcomed, and at home during their stay.
