A Waterfront Oasis on Warrior

This beautiful home is located on Lake Martin, only 35 minutes from Auburn! The home sits on a peninsula and offers luxurious views from all angles. The home has many outdoor living spaces where you can enjoy the incredible view: two screened-in porches, a large fenced-in yard, a dock. and a fire pit with firewood included! The home sleeps up to 13 with 4 bedrooms offering king-sized beds! A loft space with 5 twin beds rounds out the sleeping spaces. Entertaining is a breeze in the home with an open floor plan, a large kitchen with all major appliances, regular and Keurig coffee makers, a gas grill, and multiple dens. You will have plenty of room for the whole family! There is also a private boat ramp located at the home. Enjoy the lake with your choice of 1 canoe, 2 paddle boards, 4 children kayaks, or a large tube perfect for towing behind a boat. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This home comes fully stocked with a fire pit, kayaks, paddle boards, tube, regular grill, propane grill, and a green egg. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.

You will have access to the whole house and the neighborhood amenities.

Beautiful home

We loved the water access and the screened in back porch. It was a beautiful home to accommodate relaxation and fun. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking.

Perfect Lake House

We stayed at this house while attending an Auburn football game. It was a perfect house and perfect location. Easy to get in and out of Auburn for the game and a beautiful, clean, and relaxing location. Highly recommend!

Great Family Property

This was the perfect house for our Family Vacation. The layout was great with all of the King rooms for the adults and bunk rooms for the kids. The best feature for us was how close the house is to the water. It was so enjoyable to sit on the back porch and see all of the kids swimming in the lake. An extra bonus was all of the lounge chairs and fire pit area.

Great property, wonderful layout

We were here for my daughter's graduation from Auburn. We had grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Wonderful location and even though it rained, the house has a wonderful layout. We played games on the deck, napped on the screened in porches and the kids loved the pool table. The grills were put to good use and we had wonderful weekend.

2023 Vacation

This is our 2nd year staying at this house. The location and layout of this house is great. And, it houses our 3 families perfectly. The house is stocked with all kitchen needs. Plenty of kitchen utensils, etc. The only thing we found missing was a blender. Water toys and docking are a plus! Only recommendation is the cleaning. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. Walls had toothpaste and splatter. The mats had not been washed and had loose dirt. Some of the sheets were pilled. However, we found replacement sets. Always an enjoyable stay!

Fun for the family

It was nice piece of property, beds were comfy One of the rooms smelt like cigarettes. Other than that was a decent place to stay with a lot to do.
