Frangista Pearl is truly a gem of a vacation property located in Destin’s Frangista Beach community. This beachfront home has everything you need to create a fun, memorable vacation. The house sits perched upon white sandy dunes covered with tropical vegetation overlooking the glistening gulf. Luxury amenities include a private pool, three levels of balconies, and spacious living accommodations. This property can accommodate up to 20 guests with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms.

The first floor features two guest bedrooms. One is a sunny king-size suite with chic furnishings and a TV. It has direct access to the gulf-front patio and private plunge pool. The other is a bunk room with three full bunks, providing ample sleeping space for all kids in your vacation party. They share a full bath with a tub-shower combination.

Ascend the stairs to the second level, where a grand great room encompasses the living, kitchen, and dining areas. This room boasts multiple windows and sliding glass doors that let in brilliant Florida sunshine. You can catch incredible gulf views right through the glass doors leading to a furnished deck from the living room. The nautical-inspired living room includes a cozy blue couch, wingback chairs, and stylish blue-and-white-striped accent chairs. This seating ensemble centers around an abstract rug and white drink table. There is a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A handsome white table sits beneath a modern, industrial-styled chandelier in the dining area. The open kitchen provides ample room for cooking vacation meals, serving up beachy appetizers, and mixing tropical drinks. It has trendy glass-front cabinetry, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The open great room shares the second floor with one king guest bedroom that has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

The remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor. One is an elegant primary suite with a king-size bed, honey-toned floors, beach décor, and sliding glass doors that open onto a private balcony. Enjoy romantic evenings here with your honey, watching the sunset over the shimmering shores. The primary bedroom has its own luxury bath complete with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The other bedroom includes a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bath.

One of the best things about staying at Frangista Pearl is its proximity to the beach. It offers unparalleled coastal views from the house and has its own stairs that lead directly to the beach. Don’t worry about forgetting to pack your beach gear; everything you need is at your fingertips when you’re this close to the water’s edge! Guests can also take advantage of the neighborhood swimming pool.

Another benefit of staying in Frangista Beach includes convenient access to nearby amusements, entertainment, restaurants, and shopping centers. The Whale’s Tail and Pompano Joe’s are a couple of restaurants loved by Destin locals and visitors. Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard are great for a fun shopping trip. *Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

*Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
