Starter Supplies: Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap, dishwasher pod, and trash bags. Guests may need to purchase additional items for their stay.

Towels: Bath towels provided (bring beach towels)

Pet Policy: Small pets may be approved; $275 fee; pets must be crated if unattended

Wristbands: Required for beach and pool access; $30 per home per stay, paid to pavilion staff

Check-In: 4:00 PM (early check-in or late check-out may be available for $100)

Not Included: Golf carts, beach chair/umbrella rentals, water toys, tours (all available through local vendors)
