Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others are enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please.

Things to Know

* Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
* Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
* All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
* No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
* Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town
Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
* No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice place!

Place was clean enough, bed is very outdated and noisy, dishes weren't clean all the way but that's probably the guest priors fault. All in all it was nice.

Awesome place to stay.

What I loved about this condo was it was very modern inside furniture was comfortable. Had a pretty decent view of the ocean.” partial view ” as they call it On the eighth floor, so you have a good view. The only downside was the beds were very, very firm not comfortable so you might want to bring a mattress pad. But access to the beach was awesome. The pool was fantastic. Highly recommend this place.

Nice view

The view was nice and aside from that it was downhill all the way. Apartment dirty, bedding was old and the master bedspread had to be washed before we could use the bed. No TV in master which is unusual Second bedroom is crammed with a bunk bed and an additional bed making moving round the room difficult and the bed has a king cover on creating a trip hazard as it draped on the floor as not the right size for the bed - bonus for this bedroom is that it does have a TV with streaming services on - the main living area doesn't have streaming services Kitchen cupboard door fell off before we'd even unpacked. Call to management company (Vacasa) resulted in no one coming to fix it. Crockery dirty and mismatched. An email to Vacasa done nothing and didn't even receive a response despite the lady in the office confirming it had been received. This could be a lovely apartment but it's lacking tlc and desperately needed upgrades. Could do with a deep clean, trash under sofas, baked on food in utensils drawer and oven mitts, towel rail hanging off, the list is endless. Aside from the view as mentioned there's not a lot to recommend which is a shame as we had paid a higher price due to bike week apparently and it could be lovely So, view and location are the plus things for me here.

Perfect Getaway

I booked this listing for a trip for us moms to unwind sans kids.The place was the perfect location for that and definitely had everything we needed. The floors still felt a little sandy when we got inside but we didn't let that bother us one bit. The pool is quite big which is awesome so you still have space if there's a lot of people. It's an oceanfront building so nothing beats that. Also, having a bathroom accessible downstairs is always a plus because I know not all places have that. All in all, we will definitely be back, with or without kids.

I absolutely loved the view. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I would've liked (i.e. dust and minor debris on the rug in the kitchen). Everything was super comfy and spacious though so it evened it out.

Great Pool and Friendly People

The property unit gets a low rating for the actual unit - the closet doors to the washing machine (which smelled like mold) where broke.. Some of the appliances need updated. There needs to be more lighting. The living room was very dim at night. There was no curtain over small windows . As you walked into the unit you felt like you were going through a heat tunnel. The pool was amazing!! The people around you were very nice. The beach out front was very nice . If you are looking for a place to throw your gear down and not stay inside this would be it.

Place was not clean and shower door broken and was never fixed or cleaned during our stay. We were told we would get a partial refund but have not received it yet.
