As soon as you wake up, you will enjoy direct access to the garden. Each bedroom has a French window facing south. Three bedrooms with 3 double beds: one bedroom with a 140x200 bed / dressing room and its private bathroom, one bedroom with a 140/200 bed with dressing room and its private bathroom, a last bedroom with an electric 160x200 bed and its private bathroom (whirlpool bath) and separate shower. Large living room with dining area, lounge area and open kitchen. A pantry with washing machine and dryer. 2 separate toilets. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen provided and heating with reversible air conditioning included. The patio, equipped with a large table and an electric griddle, allows you to sit outside for meals or relax on the deckchairs around the pool. Shops nearby: mini-market, doctor, veterinarian, hairdresser and beautician, gym, pizzeria, restaurant, and night market. Located between the ocean, vineyards, forests, lakes, and cycle paths, there are many opportunities for outings. You'll enjoy the vast ocean beaches, visits to major wine châteaux, a large daily market in Montalivet (9 km), treetop adventure park, surfing and sailing schools, a visit to the Cordouan lighthouse, concerts and summer entertainment, and cinemas.
