Unique tiny house in the heart of BG!

An adorable and cozy space nestled in a small, unique housing complex. Walk to campus and downtown. Bowling Green has a lovely downtown space where you can find great little coffee shops, restaurants, a library, parks, and a trail if you hope to find some time for the outdoors during your stay. Can’t beat the location, this is a great option for parents or couples who are in town visiting students or passing through on their way to a final destination. Beware, there are low ceilings :)


This “tiny house” is a hidden gem and tucked away on a small property that is a great central location for anyone coming to BG. Best for couples or single families and with one small fold out chair in addition to the king bed. The driveway is shared with the other tenants on the property but there is a spot to park one car. After that, you will be able to walk the remainder of your trip if you are staying in town. Quiet neighbors outside with a homey aesthetic inside will lead to a {hopefully} very relaxing time away from your own home.

Good price, easy to get to from highway, close to BGSU, great communication from host, ceiling is low in most of the tiny home (would not rent if 5’10” or taller), sleeping couch was in need of repair (an entire corner is sagging)

Adorable place. Super cute inside. Well stocked. Close to where we needed to be. There was just one thing. There were these beetle bugs coming in the back bedroom door or cracks under the door. I couldn't tell. I kept trying to catch them and throw outside or kill . I had to put towels under there to stop them and kinda had the heebie jeebies and I didn't sleep or use the bedroom. It was a super cute place though. I did love it.

Great stay, clean and comfortable! Within easy walking distance to the bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner/property manager was very responsive when I needed help. Keep in mind if you're tall, it is a "tiny house": the kitchen ceiling is probably 6'4" or so.

Great place just as described in reviews and on the site. Only issue was parking but notify the owner and he took care of it immediately every time

VB weekend

Cute place that has everything you need, however only if you are 5’5”. My husband is 6’1” and had to duck while in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Not ideal for a VB Dad, but I guess that’s why it’s listed as a tiny house.

Nice place, low ceilings.

Nice place to stay. While it was listed as a ‘tiny home’, it gave no indication that the ceilings were so low. As a 6’7”, this was extremely limiting. Most of the place had ceilings that were barely 6’ and some were a few inches lower than that even….it was especially noticeable in the shower.

The house is cute with a good location, but a rain storm came through and the master bedroom had taken on water. It got musty inside and I had to sleep on the couch

This is an incredibly charming little place; the photos do not do justice to it. It's in a great location in a quiet, historic neighborhood near the BGSU campus and walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The floors are beautiful hardwoods and the decor is great...all is small and cozy, but there is a full kitchen including a dishwasher, and a nice shower in the bathroom. You'll love how they use every cubic inch of space so creatively. It's better if you're not tall, because you'll have to duck a few times between rooms if you are, but you quickly learn. A great use of this unique space. It's just a unique experience. We will gladly stay here again when visiting our student.

My first trip to Bowling Green

I wanted a place to stay that my adult son and his girlfriend could come visit me. It was perfect. Having a living room and a well supplied kitchen we were able to cook meals and visit in a comfortable space. Even though they lived close by and didn't stay overnight there was pullout couches available had they wanted too. The king size bed was very comfortable. Tv's in every room and wi-fi were a plus. It was just a short walk to several restaurants. The host was so very accommodating as I got in to town early than expected and so I had an early check in. Everything anybody could need was there. As a single woman I felt safe and secure. Highly recommend
