About this property

Authentic village house with sea views in the heritage district of Andratx

The only 2016 renovated village house has 165 square meters and is very quiet in the upper part of the village Andratx. The house itself is certainly some centuries old, the Mallorcan details have been obtained in the restoration. Before the house there are several small patios, ideal for breakfast or for afternoon coffee. The ground floor boasts a spacious, open architecture: different sitting areas, a fireplace and an open kitchen with adjoining dining room. Not to mention a great shower. The first floor features 2 bedrooms, walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with shower and bath. From office takes you to the 30 square meter roof terrace with 360 degree view, to the mountains, the village and the sea.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners k w /.
Within walking distance you can catch all small attractions of the village to explore: bars, restaurants, shops and the beautiful church. And of course, "It Pantaleu" the ideal starting point for hikes through the nearby valleys, for day trips to the stunning coast road along the Tramuntana Mountains or for the beach.

Incredible home with fantastic hosts

Our week staying here was the best decision we made. Great two stories plus a rooftop with fantastic views and a table and lounge chairs. Location was perfect walk to restaurants and delicious bakeries. Very much home.

Reunion with friends in Mallorca

Wonderfully quaint property in a quiet and picturesque town. Our host was very kind and attentive and easy to contact for any questions we had. Parking was an adventure though not insurmountable. Property description matched perfectly with reality and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful traditional Spanish house with a fantastic roof terrace. Quiet area close to all amenities and a good base for visiting Western side of Island. Parking could be challenging.

One of the best accommodations we’ve ever had

Spacious, beautiful and comfortable, the house has everything you might need. In the center of the old town, the house has large outside patios downstairs and upstairs. The surroundings are very quiet. Volkmar was an amazing host, when we arrived late he had filled up the refrigerator with water, milk, drinks and a bottle of wine. We cooked most of our stay and the house has all the appliances and most pantry items you would need. The rooms were comfortable with air conditioning is every room of the house, and finally the roof top patio is the best place to have a meal with the best view of Andratx.

Experiencing Majorcian Charme

Volkmar's place is right in the middle of the historic center of Andratx. If you are looking for an authentic Majorcan village experience ... this is the place! Nestled in a small side street near the main square, the nicely renovated place is making you feel at home right away with its nice mix of old and new. The furniture is comfortable and the house well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the rooftop terrace providing a nice 360 degree view including the Port of Andratx and (a glimpse of) the Mediterrean in the distance. Just a word of warning - smaller is better as driving and parking is an interesting experience in Andratx. Otherwise, we enjoyed the charme of the village with its restaurants as well as its weekly farmers market and found it in a perfect location for excursions into the western half of the island. It was our first time in Majorca and we loved it ... also thanks to the perfect accommodation. Thank you Volkmar for being such a great host!

Alles bestens

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dem schönen, liebevollen, eingerichteten Haus. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt Sonnenschirme für den Strand und Sandspielzeug für unseren Sohn war alles vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Volkmar ist zudem ein äußerst netter Vermieter.

Tolles typisches Altstadthaus

Sehr netter, engagierter Gastgeber, wirklich einmal hin - alles drin. Selbst für Rückfragen immer erreichbar, und sehr unkompliziert. Die Parkplatzsituation, nenne ich mal der tollen Altstadt, und der schmalen aber sehr gepflegten schmalen Gassen / Häusern geschuldet herausfordernd .... Danke Volkmar & Claudia Gerne wieder!

Ein gelungene Woche in Andratx

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles da was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Fantastische Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt, mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draussen. Tolles mallorcinisches Ambiente im Haus. Kurzer Fussweg auf den Marktplatz mit vielen authentischen Cafes und Restaurants. Super freundliche Vermieter, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt. Immer gerne wieder. Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!!! Die Beschreibung und die Bilder des Hauses in der Anzeige können wir nach unserem sehr erholsamen Urlaub nur bestätigen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt (Sonnenschirme, Handtücher und Strandtücher ausreichend vorhanden, Preloading Kühlschrank mit Getränken, funktionierende Klimaanlagen, superbequeme Betten u.v.m.). Traumhafte Badebuchten mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Wanderungen vom Haus aus gut möglich. Andratx ist ein lebendiges Städtchen, aber nicht laut. Da passt der Slogan "Mittendrin statt nur dabei". Wir können nur sagen: Buchen und selber davon überzeugen!

Herrliche Zeit

Bereits vor der Anreise hat sich der Vermieter sich aktiv darum gekümmert, dass wir alles vorfinden werden was wir brauchen (Kinderbett, Treppenschutz). Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns sogar direkt vorm Haus ein Parkplatz reserviert. Dazu kam ein sehr freundlicher Empfang sowie ein vorgefüllter Kühlschrank - nach einer längeren Reise mit Kindern unglaublich willkommen! Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls ein Traum - gut geschnitten in einem ruhigen Teil von Andraitx mit großartigem Blick von der Dachterrasse. Auch sind Restaurants, zwei lokale Bäcker und ein Corner Shop schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe Maison de ville avec une vrai vue panoramique

Nous avons été accueillis par Volkmar et Claudia comme des VIP malgré notre heure d’arrivée tardive. Nos hôtes ont été charmants, disponibles, prévenants et très concernés par le bien être de leurs locataires. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Le Roof Top est un vrai bonheur, la vue y est superbe et on peut y dîner et bronzer en toute tranquillité. Andratx est le point de départ idéal pour visiter la Tramuntana et n’est pas loin de Palma. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Merci à nos hôtes pour ce séjour magnifique.

Diesen Urlaub haben wir uns ganz anders vorgestellt

Angekommen, mitten im alten Andraxt. Mit dem Auto aufgrund der Enge der Gassen schwer erreichbar, aber möglich. Wir haben ein schönes, großzügiges und helles Haus erwartet, wir bekamen ein dunkles Gebäude, in dem wir leider ab dem ersten Tag ca. 10 große Kakerlaken pro Tag wegräumen mussten. Nach Beschwerde haben wir durch den Vermieter erfahren, dass 5 Tage vor Ankunft der Kammerjäger da war, um die Plage zu beheben. Es handelte sich um amerikanische Kakerlaken, 5 cm groß. Mir ist klar, dass vereinzelt Ungeziefer auftreten kann, dies war alles in allem zu viel. Die Bäder waren antik, vor allem das angepriesene große Duschbad, entsprach nicht dem beschriebenen Standard. Es ist dunkel, die Toilette mit einem Spuelkasten unter der Decke hat die Brille verloren, wir mussten diese erstmal montieren, bevor wir sie überhaupt nutzen konnten. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch eine verschimmelte Filtertüte. Im Nachtschrank auch noch Reste des Vormieters. Die Klimaanlagen sind laut. Die Treppe in das 1. OG ist ungesichert, für Kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen. Die Handtücher sind grau, statt weiß, die Bettwäsche ungebügelt. Grundsätzlich wurde mit Weitwinkel und viel Licht fotografiert, die einen anderen Eindruck vermitteln, als in der Realität abgebildet wird. Die Dachterrasse ist mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet, die keineswegs zum Verweilen einladen, ebenso die anderen Aussenplaetze sind relativ ungemütlich. Nach einer Woche sind wir ausgezogen und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Als ich mein Geld forderte für die 2. Woche, wurden mir 500 Euro angeboten, wenn ich auf eine Bewertung verzichte. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft nicht weiter, Mallorca hingegen schon. Nach Umzug hatten wir eine tolle zweite Urlaubswoche. So wie wir es von Mallorca gewohnt sind. Bis bald schöne Insel!

Vorsicht bei solchen Gästen, die ihre falsche Wahl eines Domizils auf den Vermieter abwälzen wollen um kostenfrei aus dem Vertrag zu kommen. Die Mieterin hat keine der Mängel belegt, uns zu keiner Zeit informiert und ist ohne vorherige Information ausgezogen. Danach wurden völlig überzogene Forderungen gestellt. Solche Gäste brauchen wir nicht. Danke für die vielen anderen Gäste, für die wir immer wieder gute Gastgeber sein möchten.

Authentisches Dorfhaus mitten in der Altstadt von Andratx. Ruhig und trotzdem mitten drin. Alles in Laufdistanz. Im Haus fehlt nichts. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter.Urlaub in einem authentischen Stadthaus ,gut eingerichtet,mit unterschiedlichen Freiflächen zum Genießen und Entspannen.Einkaufen,Restaurants in Fußnähe gut zu erreichen.Wenn man von Leben in einem malloquinischen Städtchen etwas mitbekommen möchte,ist dies der richtige Ort.Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände sind mit dem Auto gut und in naher Entfernung gut zu erreichen.
