Newly renovated old house, located in a charming valley where no noise will ruin your stay. It is located just 600 meters from the sea, and a pleasant walk from the urban center of Puerto de Andratx, where you can have all the services you need, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, bars, shops ... in addition, 500 meters there is a Small market that can supply you without taking the car.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, dining room, lounge, terrace, barbecue, relaxation area with sun loungers, tranquility and privacy.

All rooms have AC with heat pump, cabinets, internet connection. TV in the lounge.

We had an amazing stay at Isabel's house. The location is very quiet and peaceful, and the house itself is beautifully maintained. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with high-end pots and pans, and we really appreciated the many towels, two bathrooms, and the comfortable mattress. The grounds are also lovely. Isabel was an outstanding host—thank you so much for everything!

We had a lovely vacation during our stay at Isabel's house. Everything was very well equipped and we did enjoy every single minute of our stay. With all the surrounding trees it feels like a really nice and cozy hideaway, without too much touristic trouble around it. :)

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

Perfectly located if you have things to do in Port Andratx. You can walk by foot to the harbor and have a drink. The house is cozy and very nice.

Beautiful and charming house

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. Plenty of space, great kitchen and nice bedrooms. If you are looking for a beautiful and authentic house in Port Andratx, I would definitely recommend this!

Calm, beautiful, secluded

this house really made our vacation dreams come true. It’s secluded location makes it feel completely private while it’s comfortable layout and well appointed facilities make everything easy. I would book again in a heartbeat

Excellent accommodation in a very nice and quiet area.

The property was excellent, very tastefully refurbished. We had four adults and there was loads of room, great outside space for entertaining. 15 minute walk into Port Andraxt, great restaurants ( we loved Coppola). Isabella was extremely helpful, would recommend without hesitation.

Very nice hide away

Very nice house, with lot of land around it. Kitchen perfectly equipped as well as everything you need in a house. It‘s in walking distance to all hot spots in Port Andratx. Isabel is a fantastic host.

Amazing Group Stay!!

What an amazing property with so much character, convenience and comfort! Isabel was a great host right from when the booking was made to arrival and departure. So flexible and down to earth - she personally came to deliver the keys, gave us a tour of the property and gave tips and suggestions for our trip. This property goes above and beyond the basic accommodation in so many ways and was perfect for our family holiday! Beautiful location near the Andratx port only a short distance away.

The most amazing vacation rental ever!

We loved everything about this home and the host is simply lovely. She helped us settle in, shared tips on what to visit in the area. She stayed in touch with us. The house is perfect and every detail is thought of. We have already recommended her home to friends. It's perfection.

Port Andraxt hillside Spanish villa

The property was absolutely gorgeous, secluded , beautifully dressed , spotlessly clean , catered for every need . On arrival , milk , wine , water , cakes . Just fabulous. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with . We will definitely be staying again. Short walk to the marina .

GORGEOUS PROPETY - WONDERFUL HOST

Isabel met us at the property up in the hills of Andratx…she had everything ready for us…she had snacks and waters in the kitchen for weary travelers. We did not have to leave the property at a late hour to find something to eat. The house and the grounds are picturesque…just a perfect location for a peaceful vacation but only 2 minutes down to the waterfront with shops and restaurants! We will return!

A quiet and green oasis in a very nice environment

The accomodation is a tasteful and proper restored farm house in a huge green garden, protected by large trees. We found shadow at noon and sunlight during the afternoon. The house looks very nice from inside and outside and is technically on a high standard. I combines tradition from Mallorca with modern comfort. We found everyting we needed in the bed rooms, living room, and the bath rooms, in the kitchen and the dining room, and for the houshold. The heating system worked perfectly which was a real asset as we stood in the house in February. The property is cantrally located, but hidden in green like an oasis, and is wonderful quiet. Only birds were singing. We did not expect to find such a lovely rural place just a few hundred meters from the harbour of Port d'Antratx. What we really liked is the warm-hearted and very friendly hospitality of Isabel. She welcomed us with fresh ensaimadas, water and wine, when we asked her for some advice she helped us engaged during our stay, and she gave us a wonderful farwell on our departure day. Thank you so much for this wonderful week! Kornelia & Frank

Haus, Lage, Gastgeberin - alles absolut wundervoll! Der großzügige Garten und die zurückgezogene Lagen lädt zum entspannen ein und war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten mit unserem Mietwagen durch die gute Anbindung unkompliziert die nördliche Tramuntana Bergregion erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein hervorragendes Haus mit viel Platz und mehr als kompletter Ausstattung.Obwohl fußläufig zum Hafen ist es komplett ruhig, uneinsehbar und mitten in der Natur.Sogar eine Pfauenfamilie hat ihr Revier auf dem großen Grundstück.Einzig die Terrasse könnte etwas größer sein.
