Imagine staying in a beautifully designed, warm, cozy home built by one of Bandon's best builders highlighting beautiful woodworking, stellar design details, and multiple rooms for the enjoyment of many. This three story house was built specifically as a planned vacation destination . The upscale furnishings and décor make this home an unforgettable vacation home in Bandon by the Sea.

Check into your own private home with a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen and dining room with ocean views. While seated at the dining table for your meal you can see seasonal white water crashing on the rocks of Devil's Kitchen Beach which is a five minute walk down the street. Here you can beachcomb, surf, skim board, sled the sand dunes, wade in the tide pools, climb the beach shaped rocks, and even walk to Face Rock. This beach goes all the way to the Bandon jetty which is miles away. For those interested in shorter strolls there is a private beach entrance and a path to the sea which has NO STEPS. After your walk on the beach come back home and enjoy a long soak in our jetted hot tub. When evening falls enjoy a drink or a game of backgammon in front of the warm, cozy seasonal fireplace. When night time beckons enjoy our THREE EN SUITE BEDROOMS designed for maximum comfort for every couple or family member. There are even extra facilities for visitors. In the primary bedroom suite immerse yourself into your own private soaking tub or enjoy a separate sitting area with a 46 inch TV and DVD player. This area is ideal for those who want to come with friends and/or family and still have your own complete hide-away. This sitting area can also be converted into a day bed trundle for those who have small children and/or extra guests.

The two bedrooms on the first floor each have French doors leading out to a private deck to sit and relax on those sunny days in Bandon. The second and third floors each have balconies overlooking the beautiful views of the ocean and wooded areas nearby.

Let's NOT FORGET that PETS are family too. We provide for your pets with a large and spacious fenced yard and other pet friendly accoutrements.

A lovely spot adjacent to a spectacular beach

We spent a very relaxing two weeks in Bandon during the dead of winter. Our host was terrific and very responsive. The house is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has water views. The beach is one of the best in the world and, during winter, is largely empty making for long walks with the dog amidst the spectacular coastal vistas. We will likely return!

Beautiful and Enjoyable

The house is truly perfect. Three couples stayed at the house and each had their own ensuite. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of options of electric applicances. Lots of windows to enjoy the blue sky and amazing sunsets! Easy walk to the beach. We brought our pup and the fenced area for him was perfect! The only reason I checked 4 on cleanliness was that one of the beds needed changing. The previous visitors had used it but made the bed so the housekeepers didn't know it had been used. They quickly remedied the issue and were super polite about the entire thing. Very Very enjoyable stay, enjoyable property. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Beach House!

Gathered with family over Thanksgiving week at this incredible beach house in Bandon. This well stocked comfortable home has all you will need for a memorable stay. The large scale windows offer beautiful views with lots of natural light. With three primary bedrooms, it is perfect for 3 couples or a family of 7 to 9. The fenced in yard was an extra bonus to let the dogs have space to run around in. We had a short walk to the beach where the grandkids enjoyed playing football, collecting seashells, and taking long walks, and the pups got lots of "Chuck-it" exercise time! Our host El was easy to contact, friendly, and very accommodating. Will definitely return again!

Bandon Beach Home

Home is attractive and comfortable and the owner is very responsive. I enjoyed walking on the beach nearby and my family enjoyed golf at the many nearby courses. We all enjoyed the food at various restaurants in and around town. Oregon scenery is quite stunning. I would have preferred not being as close as we were to horses (next door) but that was described in the house writeup, but I just didn't realize how close the horse stalls were until I arrived. Of course, horse lovers or those with children who like horses will see this closeness to the stalls as a plus.

Bandon Golf Trip 2024

The property is perfect for being close to the beach, the town of Bandon and Bandon Dunes. The views of the ocean from the house and the ability to have the beach within a few hundred yards away makes this house a good location. The house is very comfortable to stay in and provides every amenity.

Lovely home with the added bonus of a fenced yard! My husband and our friend went golfing each day, which would have made it very hard for me to take my two dogs on walks to take care of business. The fenced yard allowed them to play without me needing to corale them. Really nice feature!

Christmas Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property. Our family takes a vacation every year instead of presents and this was our choice for 2023. We walked to the beach every day. We could hear the ocean and both decks had decent views. We even took a sunset ride on the beach from the stables across the street. We also saw the holiday lights at Shore Acres. The property had all the kitchen equipment we needed to cook meals and a generous drawer of zip locks, cling wrap, etc. which I appreciated. The beds were comfy and my teenage boys loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. The owner was very generous and helpful in setting up our stay. We would come again.

Pre-Holiday Family Gathering

This was our 3rd stay at the beautiful Bandon Beach House!!! We look forward to the 4th. The home & property are perfect for our multi-generational family retreats to the beach. This home is perfect for our visits. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to the beac, and groceries, shops, restaurants & even horse-back riding are a short drive away. The house itself is quite comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is well laid out and equipped. It is adjacent to the dining room and so is a great gathering spot, as is the cozy living room. The bed & bathrooms accommodate our family of seven perfectly.There are decks for relaxing and enjoying the scenery, sounds & smells of the shore. There is a fenced yard for dogs, who are welcome, with approval. The owners and management are always responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend the Bandon Beach House! You will not be disappointed!!

Bandon Dunes bday golf trip

We loved the house. The mostly secluded beach was just a short walk away. Great location close to downtown Bandon and a 10-15 min drive to Bandon Dunes. The house was comfortable and nicely stocked with everything you would need. Bbq worked great for our first night. Would definitely recommend. 1 star for communication with property manger because there wasn’t a need to reach out. No issues whatsoever.

Perfect beach house for large group

We stayed here with our family of 4 and another family of 4. The house was amazing, the perfect size and had everything we needed. Gorgeous house, the yard was perfect for our kids and our dogs! The horses next door was a great bonus! We will definitely be back!

Heavenly Getaway

This home is exactly as it is shown online in the photos and video. It is a private setting surrounded by trees (but ocean views in the distance), with horses next door and a very short walk to the state park across the street and to the horse stables for riding on the beach as well as a nice bike ride into Old Town. There is enough privacy in the house for all guests (although the third floor loft is an open space so sound could be an issue). It is a bonus to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. The beds are full size so a bit small and the mattresses are soft (but comfortable unless you prefer firm). The kitchen was very well stocked (except for a baking sheet for homemade cookies and a measuring cup). The house was well kept and clean (except for the upstairs bathroom floor, possibly an oversight). Toiletries were provided (shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, toilet paper), which is always appreciated. We brought a small RV for our teens to have their own space and it was great to have access to electricity and ample space in the driveway to park it. It was so thoughtful to have a welcome basket for the dog!! The washer and dryer are HUGE! All in all, you can see and feel that this home is well cared for and designed for family and friends to gather in comfort and beautiful surroundings!! We will definitely keep in on our list of top favorite places to stay on the Oregon coast!

Everything we needed and more

The house was perfect for our family trip. We have 3 families that travel together every summer and this house had the perfect layout for us. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom plus the shared half bathroom on the living/kitchen floor…this was ideal. The beds were all comfortable and we loved the simple white bedding that felt fresh and modern. The neighbors allowed us to bring our kids over to pet their horses and feed them carrots. You can see the horses from all three stories of the house. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Fenced yard was perfect for ours kids and dogs. We would stay here again!

Bandon beauty!

What a great place for cousins to gather and have fun on the beach! The property is beautiful and manages to have a cozy feel even with three levels! The grandkids and I shared the loft and it was so much fun! We left all the curtains open and watched the stars come out at night. And when we woke up in the mornings it was like waking up in a tree fort with the birds singing and being eye level with tree tops. The ocean view was a bit distant but still gorgeous. The walk to the beach was a short pleasant jaunt down a country lane that takes you to the trail. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Only one little concern that was promptly addressed… great communication! Highly recommend this rental!

Lots of room in a peaceful location

A lovely place to stay. We had 6 people (4 adults and two kids) and the layout of the house worked great - 2 bedrooms downstairs, one on the top floor, and the middle level is a big great room for cooking, eating, and hanging out. Everything is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is quiet, the beach just a short walk away, and once there, you can walk the beach for miles!

A Home Away from Home

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Everything about this house was lovely. It was so nice for each couple to have their own room with their own ensuite. It was so relaxing to be able to include our four legged family members and to not have to be overly concerned about them ruining floors or not being able to go outside safely. A true home away from home in our favorite Oregon Coast town. Loved every minute of our stay!

After spending 20 years traveling to the Oregon coast, we decided Bandon was the most beautiful place we had found. We wanted to share our experience with others and hope that you find the same tranquility that we experience at the Bandon Beach House. Spectacular water and woodland views are what sold us on the property, and the views and serenity of the area are what keep us coming back. We hope you'll agree that the Bandon Beach House is a great place to get away from it all.

Why they chose this property

We chose to build in this location because of the incredible views of the ocean, the sky, the trees and the State Park right next door. Public beach access is a leisurely 3 minute walk from the house. The state park is just across the street and has flat, easy access to the beach.

What makes this property unique

Some of the highlights of the area include the Bandon Dunes Golf Courses, which contain 5 of the best Links courses in the world, and Bandon Crossing Golf Course just south of Bandon provide a variety of golfing experiences. Horse back riding is available just 2 blocks away for incredible rides on the beach. Bandon State Park contains 25 miles of unspoiled, pristine habitat for endangered shore birds and incredible shell and agate hunting. By exploring the many tide pools at low tide, once can discover a whole range of sea life that is both colorful and unique.
