Check in and relax in an oceanfront retreat where you’ll spend sunny days lounging by the pool or on the beach, enjoying a casual vibe that puts you instantly at ease.
Set just up the beach from Puerto Morelos, the second floor Sunrise Suite is a one-bedroom with an open floorplan and full kitchen, dining and living areas surrounded by an amazing Caribbean view. Indoor/outdoor living is divine with sliding doors opening to a large, shaded terrace and oceanfront pool, perfect for enjoying your coffee while the sun rises.
This quaint suite has a king size bed, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There’s a cozy living and dining area, but we bet you’ll spend most of your time relaxing on our private beach or by our oceanfront pool.

Sargassum Transparency
The Caribbean experiences a natural sargassum season.
This beach is outside the city’s serviced barrier and mechanical cleaning zone.
We believe in full transparency and encourage guests to research seasonal sargassum patterns to ensure the experience matches their expectations.

Perfect Place

The property is in a beautiful quiet location on the beach. There is a short pleasant walk of about 30 minutes into town. The property manager, Susie, was there to meet us and was very responsive. Highly recommended.

Perfect get away

This condo was equipted with eye for details, the kitchen had everything you would need and more. Very comfortable. We stayed on the second floor which I think is the best unit as you had a great ocean view and nice sea breeze.

Wonderful Getaway at the Sunrise Suite

I had an amazing stay at the Casita KinHa's second level Sunrise Suite. The condo was IMMACULATE, roomy and had beautiful views of the ocean and swaying palm trees. The hosts were fabulous and accommodating to a last minute change in my flight due to weather. The grounds are well maintained and secure. The beach seaweed was even managed groomed, which isn't common in this area of Puerto Morelos. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Gorgeous view

Condo was perfect! Had everything needed, was clean and organized. Close enough to town for an easy bike ride on a nice paved road but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet and take in the gorgeous sea view. Julee was very quick with responses when communicating and Suzie took care of any of our needs. Will definitely be back.

A rare gem

I hesitate to say how wonderful and quiet this lovely apartment is but I can because I have already booked for next year. A rare find. A super cleaning, quiet place, clean pool, on the beach. A 25 minute walk on the beach to the village of Puerto Morales. We loved it.

Beautiful seaside condo

The condo was just as advertised. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had a spacious deck and the pool was cool but clean. The lot itself had lots of natural shade from the palm trees. There were six bikes to choose from which was a bonus. It took about 15 minutes to ride into town and about 30 minutes to walk along the beach.

Communications with the host were excellent! Julee also provided additional invaluable information about Puerto Morales (restaurants, taxis, uber, etc) which we greatly appreciated. We ended up Ubering quite a bit if we went to town in the evening, and it was very efficient. Having the bicycles was also great for going in to town during the day. The suite was perfect for us, the right size for two, and having the balcony allowed an unobstructed view of the spectacular sunrise over the ocean every morning, although going down to the beach to watch the sunrise is recommended. It was super clean, and had all amenities for cooking in if we didn't want to venture out. Ample drinking water was provided in large water jugs with an electric pump. Having the pool was handy if too windy on the beach, but most of the time we were down at the water, where there was also plenty of shade from the palms.The walk to town along the beach took about 30 minutes, and was quite enjoyable. What we liked was once you got to the town outskirts, the beach was used by locals and tourists alike, and whole families of locals would be down playing soccer, fishing, just enjoying the outdoors. We found the town itself to be very friendly and welcoming, and street vendors were friendly and polite, and not pushy. A portion of the main street where most of the restaurants are is closed off to traffic in the evening, and seating spills out in to the street in a super safe environment.

Awesome Honeymoon

My husband and I wanted to stay at a property directly on the beach and this one fit the bill. We selected the middle floor suite so we could take advantage of the outdoor deck to eat breakfast and watch the sun rise. Susie was great with recommendations since it was our first time in Mexico, and immediately fulfilling my need for an iron/ironing board and dish soap. (They don't sell it in the local Chedraui, who knew?) We appreciated the pool to cool off and the bikes were great for morning trips into town. (PS they could use a little maintenance) Overall great stay, quiet, perfect distance from town for beach-walking, and will definitely stay here again!

Séjour de rêve

On y a séjourné 3 semaines .Tout était parfait , l’emplacement superbe face à la mer.Lever de soleil époustouflant de la galerie en sirotant notre café .Facile d’aller faire des courses au village en vélo et le soir on prenait un taxi pour aller souper au village à l’occasion.Grande épicerie (Chedraui ) où il y a de tout .Condo très propre , et très facile de communiquer avec Suzy. On y retournera avec plaisir

Great private getaway

The property is beautiful and well kept. We extended our stay to 2 weeks. Very nice secluded cabana right on beach. We bicycled into town everyday. It's about a15 minute bike ride. Julee and Susie were right on top of everything we needed or asked for. Would highly recommend.

Best vacation in ages!

Julee and her property manager, Susy were incredible. The photos don’t do the space justice. We had an amazing time and the apartment was very spacious for two. The outdoor space was lovely and being steps away from a quiet beach was just what we needed. The amenities of bikes and gear for the beach made for an easy stay. We will 200% be back! Thanks again :)
