The Emerson Estate is a glamorous 20 acre, 13-bedroom vacation rental.

For more than a decade, I've managed some of the most luxurious and sought after vacation rentals in Indio and La Quinta. I've hosted celebrities, weddings, and Television productions including cast and crew.

But even my most elegant homes pale in comparison to this new addition to our portfolio--Emerson Estate, a glamorous 13-bedroom vacation rental that invites you to indulge in the desert lifestyle.

The vast grounds surrounding the Mediterranean-inspired villa are covered in swaths of lawn and dotted with palm trees. The sculptural pool rests in the middle of it all with unobstructed views of the mountains.

Everything you need for a day in the sun comes with the villa, including lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels.

Steps from the house, you'll also find a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, a long dining table with seating for 28 guests, and a covered patio with a fireplace.

Indoors, the 13 bedrooms sleep up to 26 guests, with every detail thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests rave about our signature bedding, which you will sink into for a sound night's sleep.

The brand-new kitchen is a cook's playground. We've stocked it with all the basics and then some! You'll find every size and style of cookware, pantry staples like olive oil, a massive stove, and more. Cook a feast for your guests or hire one of our private chefs for an extra special affair. There is an Indoor Dining Table that seats 26 Guests with ease.

Property Manager available 24/7 during your stay in case there are any questions or concerns.

Event are allowed with separate contract, fees and requirements. Event rates start at $5,000. 3 nights minimum for weekend Events. Weekly events require no overnight stay.
