La puerta de la playa junto a las piscinas permite el acceso directo a una de las playas más hermosas de Guanacaste. Mira las olas desde el borde de la piscina infinita mientras tomas tu bebida favorita.

La arquitectura clásica español-mediterránea con azulejos pintados a mano y una gran terraza cubierta son la esencia de Casa Paquita. Disfrutarás de los hermosos jardines y románticos balcones con espectaculares vistas y espectaculares puestas de sol. ¡Su casa de vacaciones está ubicada en una de las playas más bellas del mundo!

Recientemente renovado, Casa Paquita cuenta con cinco habitaciones con baño en la casa principal, además de 2 habitaciones con baño adicionales en la Casita. La escalera de caracol se teje alrededor de una cascada de 3 niveles que cae en cascada a 2 lados de un cilindro abierto. La cocina gourmet, el rincón de desayuno, la sala de bar, la sala de estar y los patios delanteros y traseros se combinan para crear un área común perfecta con vista a la piscina de borde infinito y al Océano Pacífico. La gran piscina de borde infinito doble cuenta con una piscina para niños, asientos de spa con chorros, cuatro taburetes de bar y una escalera de entrada fácil. ¡Esta enorme sala de estar es perfecta para grupos grandes, reuniones familiares, bodas íntimas pequeñas o simplemente las mejores vacaciones que Costa Rica tiene para ofrecer!

La casa principal tiene capacidad para 14 personas con 2 camas king, 2 juegos de literas (para 4), 2 camas queen y una cama nido (dos individuales).

We had a fabulous stay. The staff were always helpful, and the meals we had them make were the best food we ate in tamarindo. The sunsets alone were worth the trip!

The house was beautiful, the location and beach access was convenient and stunning! Jonathan and Roy were very helpful helping us plan our trip and having golf carts delivered. Oscar took excellent care of the pool and gardens and he was a delight to talk with every morning while we were drinking our coffee pool side and taking in the gorgeous sunrise. That was all wonderful but it was Lorina and her assistant Maya that stole the show with their fabulous cooking. One of our party has Celiac and they went out of their way to cook gluten-free and pick up gluten-free options. All in all it was a great trip supported by great people and a beautiful and conveniently located house. Our family of 12 found it hard to leave! Thanks Jonathan and crew.

Our family group of 13 had a fabulous experience here. It is a beautiful home and we felt very safe. The hosts answered our questions promptly, and helped us arrange some great activities. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The living, dining, bar and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering together. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group. The view from the backyard/pool was amazing. Although the beach, only steps away from the house, is too rocky for swimming, the tide pools there were spectacular. We saw lots of fish, starfish, urchins, and sea cucumbers every day at low tide. The location worked well for us...it was much quieter than Tamarindo, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Tamarindo was only 5-10 minutes away by car. The staff, there every day, was very accommodating. We arranged for them to cook one dinner at the house. It was delicious and economical. We also loved seeing monkeys, iguanas, crabs, butterflies, parrots, and other beautiful birds from the pool area. We would definitely come back.

Location is great! Close enough to town and far enough for quietness. The house is really nice but needs repair. From a clogged sink to outside lounge chairs without proper wheels. Lorena was very nice and super kind.

This was the perfect location for our group. There were 11 of us total, and the accommodations were beyond incredible. The master suite balcony was a perfect place to watch for monkeys and macaws in the morning - or at any point during the day. (There are 2 master suites.) The common spaces were super clean and easy to navigate. The pool was amazing, especially after a day at the beach. The fact that you could walk right out to the beach from the property and watch the ocean break over lava rocks while sitting among the mangroves was breathtaking. Accessible swimming beaches were an easy walk down the beach, or on the road. Access to the main shopping area of town was also walkable, although we did rent a golf cart, which made access even easier. A small grocery store with anything you would need was located very close - within easy walking distance.Lorena was amazing! She taught us how to cook the Costa Rican classic: arroz con pollo. She also cooked a seafood meal for us one evening! So worth it!! If I could re-do the week of meals, I would have had her cook a couple of more times to support local working families. She really is so kind and wonderful!!Jonathan was very easy to work with as well. He communicated in a very timely manner about everything. He arranged transport from the airport, secured our golf cart rental, and had great info about tours, etc. He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave a tour of the house.100% recommend!!

Fantastic Girl’s Trip!

Our stay at Cssa Paquita was wonderful! Jonathan was very responsive and helpful with our requests. Lorena and her assistants spoiled us with wonderful breakfasts every day, and 2 delicious dinners. We loved the infinity pool, and we were entertained by the monkeys in the trees. Pura Vida!

Magical!

We had a perfect trip staying at this beautiful house. The view is breathtaking and the house has everything you need. We felt so well taken care of from Jonathan’s helping arrange activities to the delicious meals and the house being cleaned for us. We travel quite a bit, and this house is one we would love to come back to! The pool area and yard are gorgeous and you can just walk out the back gate and be on the beach. It’s not an area for swimming in the ocean much, but you can just walk down the beach a little and there are areas for that or surfing. There is air conditioning throughout the whole house and locked gates so we felt completely safe and comfortable. This is my favorite VRBO I have ever been to!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beachfront, so we enjoyed peaceful walks every morning and watched the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even spotted monkeys playing in the trees above the pool, which was such a fun surprise for the whole family. Jonathan was incredibly helpful—he arranged our airport transfers and golf carts, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Lorena was absolutely amazing. She prepared a delicious traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us each morning, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome. Jonathan was a huge help and very responsive if we experienced any issues. Lorena prepared delicious dinners and kept the house in great shape. Only thing I would share is that the beach is rocky and not conducive for snorkeling or even swimming. The walk to town from the beach is beautiful but further than you think - better to take the road which is much quicker and also lovely. Would definitely stay here again! A family of seven howler monkeys graced us with their presence on the last day. Didn’t make any noise but snacked on the trees and napped for hours. Very cool!

Amazing House on the Beach

We stayed with 6 adults and 10 children ages 9-3 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house is just steps from the beach which made it easy for the kids to go to and from the beach and pool all day. We had Lorena make breakfast and dinner every day for us, which was amazing! Made everyone feel like it was more of a vacation. Jonathan, the manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. He mailed back several items we accidentally left behind, including stuffed animals and a cell phone. Truly a gem! We plan to return next summer!

We had a terrific time at Casa Paquita. Daniel (concierge) and Lorena( cook and housekeeper) were super. The view was amazing, the location was perfect and the accommodations were great. We will definitely return again!

Amazing house, great staff and incredible stay

I have only great things to say about our stay at this property. The bedrooms, outdoor area and location of the property were even better than advertised. Langosta beach was awesome and the house is almost perfectly located. The concierge (Jonathan) was incredibly helpful during the lead up to our arrival and the chef prepared some great meals! Would highly recommend staying here

Marcella’s Wedding and family vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Paquita! Our daughter’s wedding was just down the road at Casa Los Olivos and the house was perfect for our entire family with young children and great grandmother. Lorena was the main housekeeper and we had her prepare 2 lunches and two dinners that were fabulous!! Jonathan was also very responsive for any requests that were made. I highly recommend this home!

We fell in love with Costa Rica the first time we visited in August, 2000. We enjoy the beaches of Guanacaste as well as the diverse activities the area offers. The surfing, golfing, fishing, turtle watching, horseback riding, zip-lining, and boating are all great. And the restaurants are world class!!

Casa Paquita is an extraordinary location, directly on the Pacific Ocean. When you awaken in the morning and open the curtains the blue waters of the Pacific are very calming. Just walk out the back gate and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is very spiritual!!!

Come stay with us and let our in house cook prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for your group and enjoy the traditional costa rican cuisine.
