Awesome Location and Staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. Was able to unwind and staff where so polite and helpful. Honestly like a home away from home. Loved the delivery of food and Miss Ria, Rasta and Arten answered all questions. They assisted with transport to and from airport and were ontime and very responsive. Hope to stay here again soon.

The compound is very nice. However, when I arrived the room that l reserved was not available and the person who was attending me did not have any knowledge of my reservation. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were informed that that room was not available and will have to be switched to another location. It took awhile for the room to be ready, but once that issue was resolved the gentleman was apologetic and we were satisfied. Just hoping that any future reservations with be Jano in a more professional manner. Overall the accommodation was well worth it.

Great vacation.

I did some excursions, stayed for two days in a hotel with a day pass or in the holiday complex. It's a great place to relax. Also I took care of myself. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Montego Bay is also just a few minutes drive away. So nothing stands in the way of excursions. The holiday complex with pool and roof terrace also offers a great place to relax. I really enjoyed my vacation and will come back as soon as I can.
