Séjour en couple mi-octobre. L'appartement est refait à neuf, bien agencé et bien équipé.L'arrivée se fait en autonomie via une boite à clé. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de contacter le propriétaire pour un problème, uniquement pour de simples échanges de politesse lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Il a répondu quasi immédiatement et semble donc joignable facilement.Très appréciable, la plage est vraiment à 5 mn à pied.Notre seul bémol est le bruit de la circulation mais habitant la campagne, nous ne sommes plus habitués.La caution est encaissée, j'attends de voir sous combien de jours elle sera remboursée.
