Welcome to The Escape at Lake Diane, a beautifully maintained luxury lake house designed for unforgettable family vacations, multi-family gatherings, and relaxing getaways. As owners who frequently enjoy the home ourselves, we take great pride in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Featuring soaring ceilings and a stunning wall of windows, the home showcases breathtaking panoramic lake views and spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas. French doors on both the upper and lower levels open onto spacious decks and patios, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. With lake access directly on the property and additional access at the park across the street, you'll enjoy some of the best waterfront views Lake Diane has to offer. Don't forget your camera!
The deck and patio are equipped with lighting, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets for your comfort and convenience. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying an evening cocktail, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, you'll find countless places to relax and unwind.
COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:
The home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for groups of up to 14 guests, including:
-7 Queen beds across 4 spacious bedrooms
-Pull-out sofa in the lower-level living area
-3 large full bathrooms
The open-concept main living areas make gathering together easy and enjoyable. Share meals around two large dining tables, with additional seating available at the breakfast bars. Outdoor dining is equally inviting, with ample seating on both the deck and patio overlooking the meticulously maintained grounds.
Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, with firewood provided for your convenience.

Both levels feature fully stocked kitchens, allowing you to cook, entertain, and stay connected with family and friends in a spacious open-concept setting. Outdoor cooking on the Large propane grill also available.

Lake Diane is a spring-fed, 400+ acre all-sports lake with depths reaching up to 80 feet.
All-Sports Hours:
-11:00 AM to 7:00 PM: Boating, jet skiing, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, and other water sports
-7:00 PM to 11:00 AM: No-wake hours for peaceful fishing, kayaking, swimming, paddleboarding, and enjoying the tranquility of the lake
Whether you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, wakeboarding, or simply floating in the sun, Lake Diane offers something for everyone.
The sandy shoreline extends across our property, creating an inviting space for swimming, beach play, and fishing directly from the dock. Kids love the dock slide, floating raft, sandy beach area, and playground across the street.

The Nearby Lake Diane Park features: Playground, Public beach, Pickleball courts, Pavilion, Additional lakefront access.
Lake Diane Stables offers family-friendly guided trail rides, while the surrounding countryside is known for excellent fishing, scenic landscapes and trails.
U-Pick strawberries, Peaches, Apples, Pears, Other fresh produce. You'll also find nearby Amish farms offering fresh eggs, baked goods, cheeses, produce, and handcrafted items.

Enjoy the peace and beauty of lake life while remaining close to surrounding communities such as: Hillsdale, Angola, Fremont, Frontier; All are within 15 to 25 minutes and offer Shopping, Restaurants, Movie theaters, Bowling, Entertainment. Major retailers, including Walmart, are located in Hillsdale and Angola, approx. 25 mins away.
The nearby Lake Diane Café & Store serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, pizza, and drinks, while a convenience store, gas station, and homemade ice cream bar are only minutes away by car or boat.

The Escape at Lake Diane is conveniently located in southern Michigan near the Indiana and Ohio borders, making it an easy drive from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and even Pennsylvania. Many of our returning guests appreciate the property's central Midwest location and convenient accessibility for their annual gatherings.
RATES:
Summer Weekly Fee $3,950 / 12 guests (Add'l fees for select July weeks and extra guests)
Non-Summer Nightly Fee $700 (3 night minimum)
Saturday Check-In: 4:00 PM, Saturday Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Luxury Pontoon Rental: $1,350 per week (Includes: Fuel, Cleaning, Taxes, Damage insurance)
*Our weekly pontoon rate is often less than the cost of a two-day rental at the local marina*
FAMILY-FOCUSED PROPERTY: Our home is specifically designed for families and peaceful vacations. Parties, events, and day guests are not permitted. If your plans include gatherings beyond registered overnight guests, we kindly ask that you consider another property.
