Huge one bedroom inlaw apartment near the Beltline
1000 sf. one bedroom flat with craftsman charm. Steps to Ansley golf course and the Beltline. Perfect for travel, work or play. Beautiful finishes. Fully stocked kitchen, huge bedroom and two full bathrooms. Living area can be used a second bedroom and has a single bed sofa. Additional room can be used as a dining room and/or home office. King size bedroom with designer ensuite bath and huge closet.
The space
Beautiful and large vintage apartment with lovely details. Refinished hardwood floors, main level with living room, dining/office, full bath and large kitchen with breakfast bar. Full laundry. Upstairs is a large bedroom with huge closet and designer bathroom with double sinks.
Guest access
Very close to all amenities and walkable to restaurants, parks, shopping, etc... Grocery store a block away.
Other things to note
The attached main house is available separately or together should a bigger space be needed (See listing 53113728). This house does not have access to a yard or outdoor space. Parking may be available by prior arrangement but there is plentiful street parking just near on the side street.
