It comprises: 3 comfortable bedrooms, ideal for up to 6 people (2 double beds, 2 single beds, or a configuration to be specified according to your needs). A bright living room with a relaxation area, sofa, armchairs, and TV area. A separate and fully equipped kitchen: oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and utensils. A practical bathroom with a bathtub. A pretty enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing, or playing games with the family. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

The house also has space for easy parking.
Everything within easy reach: You can do everything on foot from the cottage: In 10 minutes, you can reach Paimpol town center, with its shops, local market, restaurants, and charming marina.
In 20 minutes, you can walk to Paimpol train station, convenient if you're arriving by train or want to explore the region by public transport.

Discoveries and walks around the cottage: The cottage is the ideal starting point for discovering the richness of the Breton coast: The port of Paimpol: a must-see place for strolls with its lively terraces and traditional boats.

Beauport Abbey, 2 km away, is a splendid site steeped in history overlooking the sea.

Bréhat Island, nicknamed "the flower island," is accessible by boat from the Arcouest pier (10 minutes by car) – a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The Customs Officers' Trail (GR34), for magnificent coastal hikes with sea views.

The beaches along the coast: small family coves or sandy beaches, perfect for swimming or shellfish gathering. The cliffs of Plouha, the highest in Brittany, are about a 20-minute drive away.
