- Private Entrance/Parking. No contact/Self-check-in (smart locks). The home is located in a quiet single-family neighborhood.
- There is No Smoking allowed on the property and No Pets, failure to abide by the rules, will result in a $200 charge for extra cleaning personnel, also No Parties or Events are allowed. 55" Smart TV w/Netflix & Amazon Prime. Blackout curtains provided & quality mattress for a great night's rest. No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties, No Events.

- If you are driving, there is private parking for two cars on the driveway behind the garage,
- If you would like to park on the street, you may do so, but it is alternate parking at night.
Public transportation is within walking distance

- Lots of natural light throughout the apartment, blackout curtains are provided. Three Bedrooms each with quality mattresses for a good night's rest. The bathroom is very clean and plenty of towels were provided. Kitchen ready with coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and all your cooking basics. Living room with computer table nook. No Smoking. No Vaping. No Pets. No Parties. No Groups of 10 or more. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. No touching the cameras, touching or tampering with the cameras, will get your stay terminated without refund. The house is equipped with security cameras located on the outside of the house for our mutual safety. We respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. No rearranging the furniture.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very clean and perfectly located near the Great Lakes Navy Training Center, which made it ideal for celebrating our graduate. The owners went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, adding thoughtful touches that made the weekend extra special. They were also excellent with communication—quick to respond to emails and questions, which gave us peace of mind. This is truly one of the better properties I’ve stayed at, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay for a short trip

The property had nice sized bedrooms and although there was only one full bathroom, the water pressure was awesome. The backyard had a nice patio area with chairs and a table that we used daily. The trees and greenery made it feel very private. Would definitely stay here again!

David and his staff make the whole process so easy. The home is beautiful, fully stocked with all you will need and conveniently located 10-15 mins from gate 8 where you pickup your navy graduates. I highly recommend this home if you are attending Navy Bootcamp Graduations.

Adorable!

Great place to get away for a weekend visit with your sailor! The location is close to everything (base, shopping, food, Gennessee Theater). The kitchen is the best room - bright and filled with sun! We so enjoyed being able to cook meals for our sailor and have actual conversations. The owner was in constant communication and was available to answer any questions that came up. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for graduation visit

My family and I stayed 3 nights at David’s home while visiting for my son’s boot camp graduation. The location was good - about 15 mins to the base. Access instructions were clear and I liked that we were able to park in the fenced in back yard. The home was VERY clean, which was the most important thing for me. The beds were sooooo comfortable, and the home had everything we could have needed for our stay. I appreciated the communication from the host and the special touches they added for the graduation - so thoughtful! If I ever get back to the area, I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you David and your team for a wonderful stay!

Perfect home for traveling families.

My son graduated the Naval Bootcamp so we stayed her because of its location. The home was perfect for our family of 5. Enough room for all of us to be comfortable. David was awesome with questions I had, very quick in responding. I thought the bathroom was nicely updated. Very thoughtful of you to have items that are easily forgotten available ie soap, shampoo, toothbrushes. The living room had enough space for all of us to watch movies comfortably. I really appreciate the shoveling of snow off the walkway for us southern Cali visitors. we really enjoyed our stay and thank you for your hospitality.
