Very spacious and quiet 4 bedrooms apartment on the third floor of a historic building, equipped with a lift. Located in a strategic position, literally a stone's throw from Castel Sant 'Angelo and overlooking the famous Arco dei Banchi, in a very central but quiet street. The high wooden coffered ceilings and the precious floors (ancient Roman terracotta) further enrich the charm of this apartment, equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, heating, wifi, TV). The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living space with sofas and TV, and two bathrooms, both with showers.

Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.



Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.

City tax is not included in the reservation and it will be due upon arrival. The amount is of 6 EUR per person per day.


The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out.

The location of this home was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to most sights without issue. The property was clean, spacious, and housed our family of 6 adults infant. Check in was easy and the hosts helped with arranging our transport to the airport as well. We will be back!

The property and communication was excellent. There are a lot of extra services available. We were able to set up private transportation through the owner and it worked out wonderfully. It was a great central location and very spacious. Just be aware that the lift is very small and if you have a lot of luggage (as we did), it's either a lot of steps to carry them up since it's on the third floor or you have to take one piece at a time.

The apartment is very spacious with four king beds and two very large bathrooms. The air conditioning was essential with 35 degrees temperatures and humidity. It is located within 20 minute walking distance of the Vatican, Parthenon, Trevi fountain and our Biga golf tour starting point. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The location is fantastic, and the team was incredibly helpful. They arranged our airport and train station transfers and patiently answered the many questions I had in the months leading up to our trip.My only suggestions are around setting expectations for future guests. The listing should be clearer that three of the four bedrooms are adjoining rather than fully separate. Also, the lift is very small and can accommodate only two people at a time. There are approximately 50 stairs from the ground level to the apartment. While no one in our group had mobility issues, after long, hot days exploring Rome, the climb definitely required a little extra motivation.Finally, because this is a third-floor apartment, there are neighbors above and below. I’m not sure if those units are rentals or privately occupied, but the apartment above us was very noisy and active throughout the night on our final evening, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep before our departure.

Attentive staff focused on catering to additional optional needs, while providing top tier service for budget friendly prices. Located conveniently within Rome to easily walk or catch a ride to your area of interest. The entire process was amazing and I would recommend anyone and everyone consider this property, or one from this group.

Host was highly communicative and helpful. Easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. The host arranged transportation at our request. The transfer from the airport to the apartment was flawless. The host was waiting upon our arrival to show us around and answer any questions. She herself was friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was central to all major landmarks and around good food and shops. The neighborhood was so quaint and very quiet. The apartment was lovely! It was very clean and well equipment. It was spacious and was a wonderful place for an adult family of seven. We felt very safe and would have loved to stay longer. This was our first visit to Rome from the USA and if we ever have the opportunity to return I will definitely want to stay in this same apartment. Our family highly recommends this apartment for your stay!!

Fabulous location! The host was very welcoming and responsive when I reached out. There were a couple of issues with the hot water but promptly resolved. The bedrooms were spacious and great for my husband and me with our six children. We would definitely stay here again.

From the beginning communication with the management company was very good. Excellent location. Plenty of places to eat around. Public transportation was very close as but we use the transportation service offered thru the apartment. More expensive but extremely convenient (specially for airport transfer) We had a group of 8 and didn’t feel cramp in the apartment. We only use the elevator once. Very small (expected for this type of building) and decided to take the stairs. Extra steps We had a small issue with the hot water but was fixed very quickly (I do not mention this as an issue, but as a way to recognized how easy was to be in contact with the apartment manager and how attentive they were to our needs while there). We plan to go back to Rome, and if this apartment is available, for sure will book it again.

Apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, well stocked, and in a wonderful location. Hosts were timely and attentive. There was an issue with the washing machine while we were there and they responded immediately to remedy the situation. It was a huge apartment and very quiet, perfect for staying with our 6 kids. Would be great for a larger group or extended family stay.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. The location is amazing. You can walk to a lot of the important historic locations that people want to see in Rome. We had eight people and the two bathrooms were enough. Most importantly if there was any people’s the hosts were easy to reach.

Roman Adventure

This apartment was perfect for our group of 7, and we ranged in ages from 15 to 67. It was exactly as posted and well appointed. We chose it for its location, and it was ideal. Rome is a walking city, and we walked to the Colosseum, the Vatican, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, and its minutes from a hop-on hop-off bus stop.Local restaurants have incredible food and pastries, and a mini-market is minutes away.Francesca and Matteo were so helpful with all my questions, and arranged transportation for us from and to the airport, and the cruise terminal in Civitacchia. I will stay here again.

Spacious for family of five

Great location steps away from the Tibor and across from Vatican City. Large rooms for family with three teenagers. Only downside is four flights of steps, but there is a small elevator for luggage.

Perfect location

The apartment was in the absolute perfect location. We were able to walk side streets and shop and go to restaurants. There is a market downstairs for sandwiches and some groceries. The apartment was very clean and typical of an Italian residence. I recommend the private chef. It was a fun experience to make pasta. I would stay here again!
