Spacious vacation home in Fouras, offering 4 comfortable bedrooms, ideally located near shops and beaches. A perfect setting to relax and enjoy the region, with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.
This spacious house comprises, on the ground floor: a living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a toilet. Enclosed courtyard. Bedding: 4 queen-size beds. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the rental. NEARBY: Located 50 m from the town center and all shops, 300 m from the main beach and the North beach. Rochefort thermal spa is 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €600 security deposit for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
