About this property

COZY BASEMENT APARTMENT - PRIVATE ENTRANCE - NEAR PARK

Nice mother in law apartment. Has private entrance, off street parking for 1 vehicle. Across from park with plenty of space for running or walking. Shopping and freeway access are conveniently close. We do ask to keep in mind that this is the basement of our home. It is an older house built in 1964. It does tend to moan and groan at times. We are happy to share the space in our home to travelers and try our best to be accommodating and quiet. As do I want to strongly emphasize that we do LIVE in our home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We stayed here for a week and half, and it was such a great experience. It's kind of the perfect location. Super close to grocery stores and restaurants, and conveniently located in the Salt Lake Valley. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There were extra blankets, a coffee maker, instant oatmeal, granola bars, and extra supplies. We'd definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting the Salt Lake Valley.

The entry instructions were a wee bit confusing when looking at the doors, however the stay itself was fantastic. It met all the needs we had, and was comfortable, clean, accessible and quiet. This was a gifted stay for my In-laws, & they were pleased.

Accommodations were great! Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay! Other reviews are accurate, place is a little chilly, stairs are steep, and you can hear people occasionally walking upstairs (completely tolerable and that's all you could hear). We would definitely stay there again!

The Cozy Basement Apartment place was located in a convenient location for all are activities in Utah. The host communicated effectively and timely with us. It was very well supplied with all we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property had everything you’d need in a house. The host is very responsive and friendly. The dryer had a lot of lint buildup and got over all the clothes so needed to be cleaned. Other than that no issues, I’d definitely recommend the property.
